I just recently passed school & now am in school for logistics & supply management so this question is sort of my specialty. I am very satisfied with both the service as well the quality of product that I received. The only changes that I would make is to your automated system. I didn’t find the instructions were very clear & concise. I received an email saying my item had been shipped although I had no mail at my door or at my mail box. That email shouldn’t say it has been shipped it should say in on the way as that would really limit confusion. I thought for a second my product may have delivered to wrong location until I looked into it further. I would also change the layout of the webpage & the username/password interface so you are able to top the email box & use the saved informations that in your passwords in your phone. At the end of the day this just makes things easier for the consumer. Thank you for asking & I hope you take this feedback into consideration. Look forward to making another purchase soon!
