Great products, online order process not so great. I placed an order during the Canadian May long weekend because of a sale. Items showed available for the color and size I selected. Placed the order and waited, and waited, and waited and no updates. I contacted customer service to find out my order was cancelled and I had no idea - no notice, my account still shows the order as "being processed". I placed another order and as expected Lacoste didn't honour the sale price. The second order came through but at a higher cost and without one of the items that is no longer in stock.
