  Unfortunately my cats will not eat the food even though I tried to transition them as suggested . I really wanted them to like it but no luck. I’ve donated it to a cat rescue in my area. No refund allowed as it was a sample pack.

  I ordered turkey and a case of Rabbit. My 8 year old feline would not touch the turkey, and she is not super picky. She does, however, eat the rabbit and I am pleased about that.

  Very easy to find the site and order the products I wanted. The price was great and my package arrived faster than expected with notifications that it was delivered. The notice was greatly appreciated as it was quite hot the day of delivery and I was able to go out and get it right away before the package got too hot.

  16 of the packs expire within FOUR DAYS of arrival (very unhappy about this), 12 of the packs expire within four weeks of arrival (not impressed with the date on these) and the others expire anywhere from July to December (as it should be).

  Love their product! My dog can only eat their duck stew Bc of allergies. She loves it. It’s easy to reorder and it comes quickly. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s high quality and my dog is in much better hands with a healthy diet!

  I am completely dissatisfied with the rabbit pate I was sent. The dark soupy horrifically smelly contents of the cans was nothing like prior flats of the same product, A refund was requested but a second flat of equally awful stuff was sent instead. I was advised to give the first (rancid, spoiled) flat to a shelter which I did not do as I don't hate shelter cats. I was told I would be refunded but I have not been. I am now disputing the charge for the rabbit pate with my credit card. I still have the product and am willing to ship it back to them rather than donate it to a shelter.

  I am trying to move my cats from eating kibbles to wet food. They seem to like Koha better than some other high quality wet cat foods. My concern is how I got my package. Two of the three packages of pouches were completely torn. the cans which were tightly secured within a box with a plastic film where all dented, this should have been happened at the factory where they were boxed. I don't like damaged cans as there lining may sip into the food which is not healthy.

  I love Koha pet food (poke` bowls specifically) but more importantly my cats love it. Great quality and concern for their customers well being. I’m a customer for life!

  The food arrived quickly. Our cat has recently been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, on top of his existing small cell lymphoma, so we are trying a limited ingredient diet to see if it helps. He is moderately interested in this food, and will eat most of it eventually. We will stick with it for the time being to see if it has any effect on his condition.
