Verified reviewFirst time using Kitchen Essentials, I was extremely disappointed with what I got, did not match what I thought I was buying. I did call several times, go no answer, I believe that this is a Warehouse Business, where they are quick to ship, and after that, it does not matter. You would think that after spending over $400.00 for a carving set, it would come in something better, than individual cardboard boxes. Would have spent a bit more at a larger dept store, to have received better customer service. Would not buy from them again, or recommend them,

Verified reviewcredit card was charged 8 months ago feb 14 and nothing shipped all attempts to contact the company I couldn't get through. left messages emails etc, never got back to me. I just received my order of course now I no longer need it as I bought the same product from a different company already. I'm selling it at a discounted price as I do not want to attempt to return it.
