J’ai été très satisfaite de ma première commande chez Kitchen Essentials. J’ai eu un délai de 3 semaines avant la livraison de ma 2e commande, j’ai donc dû contacter le service client. Super service car prise en charge immédiate pour corriger le tir et expédier ma 2e commande sur-le-champ. Les courriels de suivi furent efficaces. Produits fragiles bien emballés et intacts à la réception:) Merci!!!

Not very happy that it took 5 weeks to get from Ontario to BC. After waiting three weeks, I contacted them on a Friday to ask where the product was, the person said that the product had not shipped yet and did not say why it had not been shipped. The person told me that it would be shipped on the following Monday and then I waited another 2 weeks before I got it.
