I am very impressed with Kitchen Essentials. This was my first experience with this company and would highly recommend them. My package arrived within 24 hours. I had found the items I ordered at a lower price and they priced matched. I definitely will use Kitchen Essentials again.

The product was exactly as described and expected for much less than other retailers (online and in store). Unfortunately they don’t have all available add ons to the set but the price was right for what I got. I ordered 3 sets of the dishes and one plate arrived broken but I emailed customer service and received a very quick response. After confirming only one damaged plate a replacement was sent right away to complete the set. I will definitely buy from Kitchen Essentials again and highly recommend them!
