Verified reviewThis was my first experience buying from Kitchen Essentials and it was great! The ordering was easy, the package (4 plates) arrived promptly within 2-3 days, as promised. They were very well packaged! I’d buy from them anytime without hesitation. One plate had a couple of flaws in it, so I emailed them with photos. They replied within 24 hours and offered to replace the dish. I received the dish 2-3 days later. This is excellent after-sale customer service!
