One of the items was not the right one; I called and left a message and actually received a call back within a few days, imagine that! The correct item was shipped and I received that within a week as well. Excellent experience all around. I would definitely order from Kitchen Essentials again.

Verified reviewIf I could give 10*'s I would. I made an error on my first order which was promptly deleted and then I placed another order of my favorite bowl set. The order delivery was efficient and well packed, safely. The bowls are stunning! I even mentioned (well hinted clearly) to my hubby that I know what I want for my birthday, anniversary and Christmas. Next up more bowls and dinner plates! I just hope this design is around long enough for me to continually purchase. I will definitely be ordering from Kitchen Essentials again! And I could figure out the best options for myself. So I bought a 5 piece set of cookware, and it was delivered within a week. The cookware arrived very well packed, and I am very happy with my purchase. The 5 piece All Clad Cookware looks like it just came out of the factory! Perfect!
