Verified reviewI ordered this for my wife as an early christmas present but after showing her we decided to hold off and I sent the order back for a return. The shipping company used for the order was absolutely terrible (Canpar) and gave us a runaround to pick the item up and also dropped it off at probably the most sketchy dropoff location I've seen. Information about returns/refunds is hard to come by and I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone and had to email, the item is still sitting in the post office as we speak waiting to be picked up. I won't be ordering anything from this company again

I called and spoke with the vendor and then sent a picture of the broken mug to Kitchenessentials and they sent a new one immediately. I was very pleased with the service and speed with which an issue was dealt with. I would definitely order from this vendor again.
