  I found these guys on a web search and they were responsive and professional. Ben Riekhof and his team made everything so easy for my fiancé and I. Being our first home purchase we had a lot of question and concerns but Ben was very informative and got us in beautiful home!

  My fiance and I were looking for a home and Ben Riekhoff was amazing. We had talked to a few others before landing with Ben and he was very up front about what goes into the home buying process since the very first meeting. He was so great and trustworthy it made this long process much easier. He went to house after house with us meeting our very annoying list of needs. He was great even when my fiance and I decided we needed to take a break from the home buying process. We was never pushy and he was always easy to talk to. When we randomly saw a house that we thought might work for us he arranged a viewing very quickly. We loved the house and he helped us navigate the offer process and was super helpful for first-time buyers. Now we're living in the right house for us and are very grateful to Ben for assisting us! He's super professional but not just him the whole team at Justin Landis was great throughout! Thanks for everything guys!

  We bought our home with the help of Ben Reikhof. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the buying process scoping out new listings keeping us in the loop with what was going on and closed the deal quickly and professionally. But probably the best part of having Ben as a realtor has been his knowledge of all of the other details of home buying selling and even managing HOAs. I have called up Ben on multiple occasions just to pick his brain on strategies for managing my separate rental condo's HOA and estimating comps around the area to make sure I'm on the right track with my investment. I'm always super happy to refer friends and colleagues to Ben- another colleague just closed on his first house with Ben and I couldn't be more excited for them!

  Ben Riekhof was a great help the time I reached out to him looking for advice when I was thinking of relocating. He was responsive and provided me with pretty much what accounted to a check list to make sure I always knew what would be needed to ensure a smooth process. I ended up not moving but based on my experience working with Ben I know he will be the first realtor I will reach out when the time comes for me to get back on the market again.

  Ben helped me buy my first home and I could not be happier with the service he provided. As a first-time home buyer the process seemed very daunting but Ben was there to help me at every step. He listened to all the preferences I wanted in my new home and helped narrow down my search to the specifications I was looking for. Once it came down to viewing houses he setup all the appointments and planned the route to each house to maximize viewing time. When I did find the perfect home he helped me choose the best home inspector to identify any defects and make sure they were addressed before the purchase. When it came down to the financing process I researched several banks but ended up using one that Ben suggested. They offered me the lowest interest rate and their customer service was amazing. Overall I had a great home buying experience thanks to Ben and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

  Ben Riekhof is so passionate about his work & educating people. I Have a financial coaching practice and send folks his way who want to buy a home sometimes a year or 2 out still and he’ll gladly take the time to educate them on the process what to expect and how to feel prepared for that decision when it gets there for them.   Home buying is always stressful. Tiffanie Reker with Justin Landis Group really helped us manage it well. We had a fairly short list of must-haves for our new home but still it took work and looking at lots of properties to find it. On our first meeting Tiffanie spent a lot of time getting to know us.   Tiffanie Reker is the best agent there is to have when buying a home especially your first. She was very informative and didn't make us feel like a number. Tiff guided us through the entire process and treated us like family! We purchased our home with her guidance in September of 2018. She sent a card after a year and still checks on us to this day to see how we're doing and to let us know that we can contact her if we need anything! She is very knowledgeable and anything you have questions about she has an answer or will get one for you promptly. Definitely gained a family with Keller Williams: Justin Landis group.

  Ben Reikhof and his team were absolutely amazing throughout my selling journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to work with and trust as he was able to help manage my place while I was out of state for the majority of the process. The communication was amazing as I was able to get weekly updates and feedback from his team.   Closed on my first home last month thanks to Ben Reikhof at the JGL. It was a really fun process and low-pressure. Ben knows how to sniff out a quality vs cheap flipped house even before the home inspector gets there. Loved that th closing attorney lender and home inspector JGL recommended were even better than the businesses I had found on my own!

  I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about the Justin Landis Group and my realtor Cathryn Childs in particular! I was a first-time home buyer (going through the process during a pandemic no less) and Cathryn was incredible. She answered every single one of my questions always scheduled viewings quickly never rushed or pushed me into decisions and when I finally found the perfect house she ushered the bidding and purchase through seamlessly. I'm so grateful to her for helping me find my first home! Cathryn goes above and beyond in EVERY aspect of her job-- she made excellent recommendations and connected me to great lawyers inspectors lenders and any other type of service or vendor you can imagine. She even scheduled and attended inspections for me during quarantine! I was shocked and so grateful! The entire team at Justin Landis was supportive responsive pleasant and incredibly communicative with regards to what I could expect during the purchase process. They somehow eliminated all the stress of home-buying. If you're in the market for a home you won't find a more professional team! I highly recommend them!

  My fiance and I chose to work with Nick Nardy as our agent. We were first time home buyers and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Every interaction with Nick had us feeling like we were his top priority. Nick's in-depth knowledge and experience with the metro & greater Atlanta markets proved to be one of his best assets. From general home knowledge to offer strategies and negotiation techniques Nick helped us find an amazing home which we just closed on 2 days ago. Our communication with Nick never lacked. We touched base nearly every day (most times multiple times a day) either to talk strategy review options or schedule inspections. With Nick's vast network of contacts he was able to help get inspections done ahead of schedule and allowed us to make confident and informed decisions throughout the whole process. While Nick has a whole team of behind him working on the transaction process Nick remained our point of contact for nearly everything and that helped us - as the buyer - know who we needed to stay in touch with. Lastly we feel Nick did a great job making sure that our expectations were in line with potential outcomes. I think this is one of the hardest things for Agents to do - manage their clients expectations - and Nick always managed to do it in a way that gave us the ability to make real true honest decisions about the whole process. Whether it was expectations about contingencies in an offer or expectations about how likely the seller will be to bear additional costs after inspections. Not once throughout the process did either of us have any buyers-remorse. We love our home and we can't wait to use Nick for other real estate needs in the future.

  We were uncertain about selling our home in Grant Park having never sold a home before. I happened to meet Tiffanie Reker around the neighborhood and knew that she was the one who would help us. Also Justin Landis Group had sold homes on our street and throughout the neighborhood so we felt comfortable knowing that they knew the market well. And that they did! Tiff was AMAZING! Always positive and responsive... very reassuring for us. She had everything lined up and taken care of and told us exactly what we needed to do... and we had an offer ABOVE asking within TWO DAYS of listing! We couldn't be more pleased with Tiff and the entire team at Justin Landis Group!

  The realtor I was with ended up not getting back to me. I talked with him for two weeks and he knew the weekend that I was going to be in town to look at places. I emailed him the day before to tell him which places I wanted to see that weekend and he never got back to me. So I didn't get to see anything. Extremely disappointed.

  I recently bought my first home with Ben Riekhof who is an agent with the Justin Landis Group. I have known Ben for eleven years he is a good friend of mine and one of the first people I met when I moved to Atlanta. I want anyone who is considering a home purchase to consider working with Ben Riekhof. He gave me good advice as far as homes to stay away from and sellers to avoid dealing with. Ben gave me quite a few homes to look at and was never hard to get a hold of during my first home buying experience. Ben was on the spot and available when I needed to make a deal. When the deal was made the service didn't stop. Ben sent me a helpful email listing all of the important dates to keep in mind during the period after an offer is accepted he set up appointments with professionals to evaluate the condition of the roof electrical systems and HVAC and dealt with the seller's agent on my behalf. In addition to real estate experience Ben has an outstanding education from Mercer and a working background in the liberal arts (he taught high school french for many years and was qualified to teach as part of an International Baccalaureate program). Another bonus is the team he has around him in The Justin Landis Group. They really do have a full service one-stop shop network. I was able to get a great interest rate with one of their lenders get reasonable quotes for repairs and use their recommended home inspector which gave me the negotiating ammunition I needed to buy the home I really wanted to buy at the price I was willing to pay. Buying your first home is a stressful thing to do with many ups and downs. It is a unique transaction that takes weeks to settle and finalize. Ben was right there with me and spoke in a voice of reason through this new experience. I really love the place I ended up in. Give him a call he's a high achiever and an outstanding human being.

  Emily Hanley was a godsend. She made the process incredibly easy she understood exactly what we were looking for she explained everything and was completely available for whatever we needed.   As a home buyer my agent Nick Nardy from The Justin Landis group did a great job helping me through all the stages of buying a home. The first thing he did was get a good idea of what me and my partner where looking for. He found us lots of great homes that fit our requirements (including houses just entering or about to enter the market). After finding our house he helped us with everything and went above and beyond. The Justin Landis Group has a lot of partners that make the process easy if you want or they will work with whomever you choose. Nick went above and beyond as an agent he was always quick to respond or help schedule. He has a great knowledge of the area we were looking in.

  I have used purchased two homes with The Justin Landis Group and had a great experience each time. For the most recent purchase I worked with Ben Riekhof. He was always very responsive able to book showings quickly and convenient to our schedule knowledgeable about the area where we were looking and ultimately found us a great home. He negotiated a great price for us and was able to work with incredibly difficult sellers. A LOT of the stress was taken off of us through the entire process! Ben went above and beyond and I really cannot say enough good things. I have already recommended him to one of my friends who has told me she has been so happy working with him.   Nick Nardy was an excellent realtor one who was knowledgeable of many neighborhoods a good communicator and was readily available to answer the many questions we had. As out of state buyers he went above and beyond to help us learn about buying property in Georgia and referred us to helpful resources without pressuring us to use them.   I used Amy and her real estate Team to place my father's home on the market. She steered me thru the process and gave me tips on things that might increase my chance of a quick sale. In 2 days got a dozen offers of which most were above my listed price. Closing was a breeze and start to finish from listing to sale less than 2 weeks.   There are so many great things to speak on how amazing Kristen Johnson is! We are first time buyers so walking into this experience was extremely daunting for us! From the very beginning she was so informative and explained every step of the process in detail so that we always understood exactly what was going. As an Atlanta native her knowledge of the cities different communities is vast and really lent a big hand in helping us decide which area would be best the best fit for us! This woman works non stop!! Extremely responsive to all emails phone calls and text messages no matter the time or the day! Beyond grateful for her patience communication and strong ability to negotiate and get things done! I can’t speak enough on how smooth she made this process for us especially with my husband being overseas! Kristen knew a lot about the areas that I was interested in and was even able to suggest some new neighborhoods based on my preferences. I was a first-time home buyer and that process can be a bit intense. Kristen guided me every step of the way. Her professional network and recommendations were invaluable. I had to make some last minute adjustments to my financing and I probably would have missed my closing date if it weren't for Kristen and her team of all-stars.   Update: This past fall we went through the process of selling our original home and buying a new one. While this was much more daunting than before (especially with a newborn baby) we were continually delighted by Amanda and Aston's over the top service. When we were struggling to find the perfect house Amanda sent flyers to every agent in the area. When we were very stressed out by difficult negotiations with our buyer Ashton patiently listened. We appreciate them so much and of course continue to recommend. We closed yesterday on an awesome house! Looking back on it I can't imagine working with anyone else than Jarrod Thomas. He was our advocate and great at every stage of the process. The thing about Jarrod is that he has a knack for letting us come to our own conclusions. He guides he gives advice when asked and brings up blind spots we would have missed. But the thing I appreciate the most is his willingness to let us think it through in our own way. It wasn't the biggest sale of his life but in however many years when we are looking to sell and buy potentially a bigger house Jarrod will be the first call.

  I truly can't express enough how amazing Paige was. Not only am I a first-time buyer but this is the first house I've ever lived in (never lived in one as a child). And Paige was incredible from start to finish. She was patient while my fiance and I tried to figure out what we wanted where we wanted to live and what houses to look at. She was patient walking us both through how everything worked. She connected us with a great lender. And she ensured that the house was everything it should be for our first home together. We even had some fairly major hiccups with the seller's agent and she stayed on top of her to ensure everything went smoothly. I seriously thank our lucky stars that we just happened upon her by deciding to look at a house we randomly found on Zillow.
