  The two folks were fast, professional and friendly. When we think of the amount of time and effort it would’ve required us to dispose of it ourselves, we are so glad we chose Junk King. I’m especially pleased to know they’ll try to dispose of everything properly.

  The guys that took my junk were very professional and courteous. I have one issue with the company: the guys were scheduled to come to my house from 11-1. They appeared early at 10. I was not quite ready for them, but allowed them to proceed with assessing what I wanted taken away and removing the items. He said he tried calling me but I didn't receive a call. He showed me the number he called & it was my work phone number. I had told the customer service rep that I wanted to be called on my cell number and I gave it to her. She asked about the number that was displayed on her Caller ID. I told her it was my work phone number and do not use it at all. Apparently she forgot to remove it because the worker said they did not have my cell phone number given to them. That definitely created some unnecessary confusion. Overall, I was very pleased with the workers.

  I called on Monday to have a large recliner sofa. They came first thing Wednesday morning. The two movers were very professional. They had to take the sofa in one piece from a second floor condo. They took great care making sure that nothing was disturbed as they carried it through my place. I would highly recommend them

  These guys were amazing. Honest, efficient and dependable. Their clients for these 2 jobs were elderly, and the guys were kind and patient as well as basically doing anything asked of them. Although I was paying close station to their work, there was no need to micromanage. They were fair with the bids, and came in a little under the quote both times. Also, their communication was really excellent. I highly recommend Junk Kings!

  Excellent service all around with reminders day before and call ahead. We had more than they were expecting but were very fair in pricing. We had Steven and Quincy who were very efficient and friendly. I had never heard of Junk King before, but saw reviews of company were very good so we went with them and I would highly recommend them!!!

  We had heavy items in different and difficult locations. The 2 men were courteous, professional, careful, and wonderful to work with. They took time to understand the tasks and explain the price system to us. The items were removed with no (no) impact on walls, floors, or doors. The final price was exactly as estimated during our booking call. 20 stars and more

  Junk King did a GREAT job; they worked HARD and had to disassemble two things to bring them downstairs but had all the tools with them that they needed. They were respectful, pleasant & prompt. Great work ethic; I’d definitely have them again in the future should the need arise!

  They were extremely efficient. Had my couch out of my apartment in 10 minutes . This was amazing considering me and my friends probably took 45 minutes to an hour getting the couch inside when I first got it. I figure you can pay $30 in pizza to your friends and have severe mental distress for an hour, or you can hire Junk King for less than the price of a therapy session. Very efficient, very communicable, overall good business.

  I would highly recommend Junk King! They did a super job taking down our wood shed that was damaged by the last snow storm. They even removed & relocated the logs that were in the shed, & restacked them in another location for us! They did it in such a short time which was amazing!

  wish I didn't have to leave this low review but I'll do pros and cons. pros: super quick response and appointment set up. like too quick.. be careful using the online application because it automatically appoints you, it does not serve as just a quote. the two movers were overall friendly and moved my couch, dresser, and small table very quickly. cons: they chipped paint off from my apartment wall while moving the couch. the paint remover was about the size of a postcard. I watch it happened and they were aware of it, but said and did nothing. I'm super anxiety ridden so I didn't say anything, tho I really should have. they were also extremely noisy, like unnecessarily noisy. I empathise they they wear strong work shoes and are carrying heavy items. however I lived on the second floor of this complex, there were two staircases to climb. the dresser I had removed had 6 drawers, and instead of just carrying them down the steps, one of the workers just dropped each of them down to the main level from the top one, onto concrete, and it was SO sharply loud and disruptive to me and all my neighbors. and instead of both workers carrying an end of the couch, ONE of them insisted on just dragging it down the steps alone while the other could move something else. this worker dragged a heavy, clunky couch down two flights of stairs so inconsiderate of my neighbors, it was so incredibly loud when it absolutely didn't need to be. I don't typically leave bad reviews, but the cons of this experience were just really uncalled for and inconsiderate on part of these two employees. not sure if this is how the company is run, but I had a bad experience on this occasion and won't be returning to services from this company in the future.

  From start to finish the experience was awesome. Meghan responded to my initial text within 10 mins, had an appt set up for same day. The guys arrived at my home on time and quickly finished the job, taking care nothing was damaged as they worked. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend.

  Super simple process. Sent a pic of my item, got a quote and appt. Picked up in a quick and timely fashion. I just wish I found out about the booking online discount when I called. There was no mention of that.
