  Due to an upcoming move and downsizing Tom McCabe and his team of professionals did an outstanding job of cleaning out 50 years of accumulated “stuff” from our attic, basement, house and yard. Nicest gentlemen working with Tom and Junk King. Courteous, friendly, helpful and left my attic tidy clean. I highly recommend this team for all your declutter needs.

  John and Tyler were just here to pick up a truck load of items. The two of them were a delight to deal with, and even tolerated us piling on a few extra items. They even swept up any debris before they left. Very, very pleasant guys!! What a great service! It was a delight dealing with this company, everyone from the people I interacted with on the phone to John and Tyler. And, they will take almost anything - except hazardous waste, of course. I highly recommend this company!!

  I reserved a self-serve mini dumpster for three days. Prior to my scheduled delivery date Junk King called and asked if they could drop it off early, no charge - which they did. The driver was very accommodating regarding my request of placing the unit a wooden planks (to avoid scarring my driveway). Because I didn’t fill the dumpster, they only charged me for the volume of dumpster content. I would definitely use Junk King again or recommend them to family and friends.

  Very good overall. The two gentlemen that picked up my junk were professional and respectful. Two disappointing comments are that they left damages to my hardwood floors when moving the fridge without a dolly or hand truck and pricing changed from estimate to actual by 40%. My understanding is that they were driving an atypical truck with no moving equipment. On the pricing, I did not mind so much that it was not the estimate. I mind that it is off by so much.

  The associates from Junk King came to give an estimate on a hot tub removal. Because it was a simple removal they offered to take the tub right away. The price was fair and the asssociates were friendly and professional.

  Fantastic service. The two gentlemen that showed up were amazing. They called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. They were extremely efficient and helpful with service the provided, while also being respectful and polite.   Had a Huge garage and basement clean out today, 2 truckloads. It was hot humid and items were old and filthy from years of storage. I cannot say enough about Nick and Bill the 2 haulers, don’t know how they did it all. They both were very patient with us, I’m elderly, so just me and my sister here. They grabbed totes we could never have reached so we could peak inside while they kept hauling. Very careful with items we wanted to keep. Highly recommend them!!

  The Junk King team was excellent. They arrived right on time and finished the job as quickly as possible. Eric was very professional and thorough in explaining the pricing and process. Since we're a business customer the ability to pay by invoice was extremely helpful. The team removed our items quickly and did so in a truly professional manner. I would highly recommend Junk King to anyone looking for waste removal and will use Junk King exclusively for any future removal needs.
