  They were on time, professional, and quick. I had three large backTVs and a recliner.. I scheduled online about 7:30 a.m. They called 40 minutes ahead of time and were here by 11:00 and done within 30 minutes.

  Thank you Frank for your hard word and positive attitude. I gave two stars because the work was completed and Frank along with customer support were pleasant. Outside of Frank and Tyler who scheduled my appointment, Steve completely ruined my experience with Junk King. He felt his office should have quoted me higher and made it clear to me as if I set the price of my services. To have a man stand in my home and be as rude and disrespectful as Steve was clearly shows to me that this company needs to focus on customer service training for their in person laborers as well. One bad apple really can spoil the whole bunch. I will NOT be using this company again.

  I’m extremely happy with the service provided by Junk King. My sister and I have both used them before and we’re so pleased that I called them for a large clean out at my house. They managed to get a large leather sofa out of the downstairs and emptied a garage stall filled with rugs, bins, boxes, lamps, etc. Everything was explained to me and the crew did the job efficiently and pleasantly. A great crew! I’ll call again as soon as I have more to haul away! Thank you Junk King!

  Quick to respond to our request for some junk removal and the crew was very friendly, efficient and capable. My just 3 star rating was because from the web site and my transfer to a separate line it appeared we could get an estimate before the crew came. Then in the discussion on the phone we were told they could not provide an estimate but on arrival, the crew told us that what we had would be a pick up truck size load (which at the most it would have taken one half a pick up bed.) The crew then told us the price for the full pickup load - which was very high especially considering we had much less. We did get a reduced price in the end but the company should be able to give an estimate over the phone especially considering the details I was able to provide on what we wanted removed.

  Junk King was only company that came to my house to see what I needed removed. Others quoted off of pictures-prices all over the place stating could be more once they started job. Junk King bid on what they saw- not an easy job! Heavy stuff that need led to be removed from basement and garage. Customer service was fabulous both in communication and the 4 guys who showed up with smiles to tackle the job. Highly recommend!!

  Excellent. Professional. Great customer service. On a very hot day, over 100 degrees, (they were there to remove my couch) they offered to move an item of furniture for me which I could not move. That was very helpful. Will you use them again.

  This was my second time with Junk King. The mini-dumpster can handle a lot of stuff, especially if you pack it well. Also, the employees are very helpful and courteous both on the phone and when they drop off the dumpster and pick it up. This is a very good and pleasant company to deal with, and their prices are good, too.

  Both of the gentlemen were very professional and nice. They called a few hours before my target time just saying they were in the are and available to come early, I just wasn't prepared for them at that time. They called again around my scheduled arrival time giving me a heads up. I had a bedroom in a two bedroom apartment and they took all of my furniture out in two trips. As for price, I had to get my stuff out so price wasn't that much of an option for me but I thought they were pretty reasonable. In all it took about 20 minutes. I was very happy with their help and would use them again if I wasn't moving out of state! Thank you!

  The guys came on time and moved a bunch of dirt, roots, branches and logs for me - even with the complication of having to remove part of my fence to get access, they were polite and professional and I’m happy to have found them in GR- Definitely recommend!

  Service was ok. He showed up on time, and was courteous but did not have any helper with him and I had some extremely heavy equipment to move. The winch in the truck was not working either and my husband had to help move the equipment into the truck. He has a health condition and was not really supposed to be doing that kind of heavy work. But they got the job done and the worker was able to handle the other things himself (good thing my husband had a heavy duty equipment dolly he could use for some other stuff). I cannot blame the worker, but he was not well equipped to handle this job. I had sent a text with pictures of the items to have hauled away so he should have had another person with him and working equipment. Would I use them again? Probably not. I didn’t feel like the customer service answered my questions when I first made contact and I was supposed to get $20 off for the online appointment but I did not. It ended up being more expensive than anticipated.

  They came on a federal holiday to pick up garbage within 48 hours notice. They gave a 2 hours pickup window (2-4 pm), then called at 2:30 to confirm the midpoint time (3:00-3:10), but instead showed up 90 minutes later (4:30).

  This is an update to the review I already left. Upon contacting Junk King about the $20 off that I had not received, they immediately got back to me and said they would refund me.   Great at hauling stuff away. Pricing WAY to expensive. Quoted a discount price of $450.00 only if I give driver & his helper a $40.00 tip each. The NERVE! But I paid it because I wanted the stuff gone. Next time I'll hire someone outside our big home improvement store.
