  Junk King was terrific! Could not have made our move out deadline without them. Their staff was very professional texting and calling to let us know when they were headed over to drop off and pick up the dumpster. They also let us choose our pick up time within a timeframe and add a few last minute things. Extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They call it the mini but it held a lot and was perfect for our move out needs. We would highly recommend Junk King for any junk removal you are needing.

  Great service - fast, efficient and priced right. Had large building materials from remodeling to dispose of, plus a metal shed to demo and remove. All got done within a few hours of my call & at a reasonable price. Couldn't have done it without them & like the fact that they will try to recycle or donate as much of the load as possible, instead of just dumping it. Definitely recommend.

  The service was fantastic. I’ve got a landscape crew cleaning up some businesses in the Baton Rouge area and the dumpster company I was using wouldn’t be able to make a run for me on the weekend so I called junk King they set me up with a time the same day and even had guys there to load it up and worked out any better I wish I had found them a week ago I’ve been using them all week. I recommend them to anybody.

  These guys were excellent! I would contract them again with zero hesitation. First off, they were very well organized and communicated well before the appointment. The pricing was transparent and consistent. They arrived on time, and made quick work of the nearly 70 bags of heavy wood shaving refuse (each bag > 40 lbs). The two gentlemen, Chris and John, were very polite and personable -- and hard-working guys in this heat!! Again, based on this experience, I highly recommend Junk King

  Jose and Ryan performed a dismantle-and -wrestle procedure on a stacked washer/dryer unit that had somehow been installed in a ridiculously small space. (How did it even fit through that doorway to begin with?!) They did it with infinite patience and good humor; I was filled with admiration. They loaded up the rest of the junk, and cleaned everything up when they were done. This is the second time I’ve used Junk King; I can’t imagine using anyone else.

  We hired Junk King to move out some items from a couple of apartments in the same building. I asked that they call before they start out for our place so that I could go and open the gate to the complex. Joe called ahead of time to confirm things and also said he would call as he got close, which he did. Everything went smoothly. He and Ivan did a great job. They were courteous, friendly, professional and the price was right as well. I definitely recommend Junk King and want to give a special shout out and thanks to Joe and Ivan.

  The two technicians arrived early as I requested after calling to inform me that they were on their way. Once they arrived they respected the COVID protocols and represented the process and procedures. Once we were all in agreement, they professionally and expediently loaded the truck with my items.   I don’t typically write reviews and first I want to make sure I reiterate how professional and honest the guys who came were. Very awesome, kind guys. I am more upset about who I spoke with on the phone when I originally made the appointment, and the difference between my phone conversation with him explaining the stuff and amount, with what I was quoted between “ oh no it sounds like 150-$380 tops” compared to $600 once they came. I would have never requested the service or I would have gotten a U-Haul myself to move it all if that was the case, I was trying to save us stress but not a large financial strain. But of course once they’re there and it’s down to the wire of when you have to be out of your place you have to make a decision and don’t have time to get all that done. If I would have known it was going to be that expensive I would have been making other arrangements before this day. We ended up having to choose to leave stuff because we couldn’t afford it but to try to bring cost down which still cost us $430… now we have to go get a U-Haul to get rest of the stuff out. Which all this could have been prevented and we would have just moved everything ourselves if we got a truthful quote. Live and learn.

Each person from the company we had contact with, from Maria, who thoughtfully explained processes, costs, set up our estimate appointment, with follow up texts and email confirmations, to Keith and Anthony who explained the costs and procedures to us once on site, and to their warm, courteous, professional, and prompt business practices in completing the job, our experience with Junk king Fresno, is one that we highly recommend for junk removal needs.   Everyone from this company from the person who answered the phone to the estimator to the crew who picked up my junk was amazing! Friendly, thoughtful and capable. The crew was clean and smiled. I believe everyone at Junk King love their jobs. That means they are treated well and with respect. It shows. I will only use this company in the future if I need junk moved. I highly recommend this company. Also they are A rated with the Better Bussiness Bureau.

  The guys were great! They moved stuff in the garage to get to the furniture to go! Got 2 recliners out the door from family room without fuss and virtually cleaned out the stuff that should have gone years ago! Only 1 thing I don't understand is why they came with furniture in the truck already when I told them all the stuff I had to go...anyway, I was not thinking the fee would be so much.

  Everyone from the person who answered the phone, the estimator, the crew were friendly and capable. The crew was clean and all smiling. I believe they love their job and are treated with respect. This company has a A rating with the better business bureau. I will only use this company in the future

  The service was very professional and experienced. They called to let me know when would be here and we’re on time. They introduced themselves and were very personable. Also, they were very careful of other furniture and light fixtures.
