  My experience with Junk-King was absolutely fantastic! I called to have some things that were being stored in our barn removed. They were willing to come same day but my schedule did not allow for that. We set up an appointment to have them come the following week. Caleb and Adam were great to work with. They were on time, very friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely went above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. Highly recommend there services!

  Junk King came to my house twice in one week. First to remove a love seat and the second time to remove a sofa bed that we decided to replace. Both times the men that came to remove the furniture were very professional and quickly removed the furniture. We had the pleasure of working with Trevor both visits and he was very personable and didn’t skip a beat when one end of the bed fell out when they initially tried to lift the sofa bed, The gentleman the phone who scheduled my appts. was also very professional and helpful and offered me a $20 discount each time even though I wasn’t able to schedule the appts. through their on-line site. Extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Junk King. In fact, I did. recommend Junk King to my daughter in Nampa and she was very happy as well.

  They came on time. I wasn’t organized but they patiently listened while I decided which things I wanted them to take. It was like having someone cleaning out my garage at a moments notice on a whim. They were wonderful. I got items removed that I couldn’t do myself and it was a win for me.

  I called on a Wednesday. I got an appointment for the next day, arriving between 9-11. I was told they would call 15-20 minutes out, they did. Two young men showed up. They both wore masks and were polite and respectful. They gave me a quote with a discount that beat another company I had called. They removed my old furniture in less than 20 minutes without incident. To recap: They were the best price, the soonest appointment and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

  Disappointed with service. Arrival window 1pm to 3pm. Workers arrived at 10am when I was not home. They worked with my husband taking items I wanted to keep and leaving behind junk to go. Had to schedule another pickup for the following day costing additional minimum fee. Would not recommend.

  Excellent service! They were on time, called before they arrived, looked over the task and gave me a very fair price. Their WEB site is great - I learned everything I needed to make the decision to use their service.
