  There are no words with which I can fully express my utmost gratitude for the most excellent service received from Melissa and her crew. Not only did they arrive on time, they proved themselves to be as kind and personable as they were proficient in loading up what amounted to a two bedroom house ito the truck in record time. All of that at a very fair and affordable price! I highly recommend them, and should the need to arise again I will not hesitate to call. Hi, guys! It was such a pleasure working with you!   Great service. They came before the recommended time, which was prefect for me. The two gentleman that came were courteous and friendly. They were careful taking items out my home, and thanked me for using their company. I would recommend Junk King to anyone looking to remove items from their homes.   Incentio & Jake came to do a cleanup for us and they were the nicest young men. Very polite, very efficient and raked our junk spot clean when they were finished. I would certainly use Junk King again and I hope they send these two guys again.

  My appointment was set for 8:00-10:00am. I received a call at 7:38 apprising me that the drivers were enroute and would arrive within 15-20 minutes. They arrived punctually and were courteous, professional and prepared. They completed everything within a 30 minute time frame. I am more than satisfied with the service they provided.   We called Junk King to remove some household junk such as plastic chairs, large styrofoam packing pieces, an old computer and much more. They gave us an appointment for just two days later as we requested. When they had to reschedule because dumps weren't open on our original day due to the Veterans day holiday, they came within an hour of the very same day they called to reschedule. Jonathan and Peter were friendly, efficient and fast workers. They gave us an estimate that we accepted, and were and done with the whole project within a half hour. This is the second time that we have used Junk King South Shore, and we will Definitely call them again if we need junk removed. We *highly* recommend them to anyone needing an honest, reasonably priced, efficient company to remove stuff.

Joe and Ivan were fantastic. - Joe called me before they arrived - They were very professional, courteous, and provided great service - They were very careful with the furniture I gave them by putting them on tarp so they could donate it to someone in need - The price is very reasonable.   The workers were fast and efficient although they arrived about an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment window. They called me at the end of the window about having another job to do first. But the rate I was charged according to the standard rate sheet they showed me was over $200 higher than what the company owner had quoted me when he gave an in-person estimate -- basically $500 rather than $300. And not all of my junk fit in the truck so they have to come back on a second day. So I have serious questions about the price and how I was dealt with in the initial estimate.

  This is the third time I have used Junk King — today again, the were on time, professional, and so diligent about their work — and efficient! They were here and gone in 15 minutes despite having to move multiple things I was getting rid of. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I am downsizing and needed help getting rid of the extra furniture. The team of two that came to my house was on time, super courteous, and they were very careful not to scratch any walls while carrying furniture from the upper level down difficult stairs with turns in them. Excellent experience, well worth it.
