  The three young men were very nice. They called ahead and asked if they could be early and I said that was fine. They did a fine job removing the spa, but they did not do a good job in cleaning up. They moved and loaded the spa in about 40 minutes and did this fairly well. Then they were going to leave right away. I went to the back yard fast and discovered that the two bars from the spa were still there along with other things such as the door. And they had even left an iron mallet (the firm’s). I raced back and luckily caught them before they left. All three were in the truck and were about to go. One of the young men came back with me and got the two bars. He went back a second time for the door, mallet, and something else. Then they did leave. And I noticed a lot of small debris in the back yard they didn’t clean up. I took some pictures of that. They were nice guys, but such a poor job in cleanup. Why were they trying to leave so fast?

  I was left speechless with the service from the beginning! I was given a phone call to tell me that he was running late and to see if it was ok with me! I can’t remember the last time anyone has ever done that!! He still arrived within the original time frame and was still very apologetic and professional. His prices were good and him and his guys even took a palm branch that was in the yard that wasn’t park of the pick up. He really went far beyond my expectations and I highly recommend him. Will definitely use him again!

  The estimator was right on time for our appointment. The crews were just slightly ahead of time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The price was very competitive and the crew members were extremely courteous. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

  The guys who came were very nice. They did a good job removing the spa and getting it loaded. They did not do a good job in cleanup. They were seemingly trying to leave so fast right after loading the spa. I raced to the back yard and they had left the two bars and a door of the spa. Andy they had also left an iron mallet. I went back to their truck and told them they had left several things in the back yard. One young man got out and made two trips removing the above mentioned things. But there was still debris left in the back yard.

  When I called, a very nice lady set me up with an appointment for an in-person estimate for the next day. If I liked the estimate, they would take everything right then! I said that would be wonderful. So they called from the road to let me know when they would be there. They showed up on time, I agreed to the price and about the time I finished writing the check, they were done. No fuss no mess. I would use them again. And I would recommend them to anyone who needs help getting rid of unwanted junk.

  They came early, 2 hours before the scheduled time, when I wasn’t home and overcharged their service. I was supposed to get an estimate for the job but the person in my home at the time was unaware of the situation and paid for the removal fees. Received poor customer service when I called to complain. This was just supposed to be for an estimate. Their fees were excessive and they refused to make any adjustments. They said since the person there authorized it, they are not responsible. I would not recommend their services.
