  The Guys who come to our house are always careful of walls and door ways when ramovong furniture. They are curtious and fast. We have used them multiple time at our old address and have them coming to our new address to get things.

  I scheduled a pickup a day in advance & the day of I was in contact with Aaron on timing. He showed up as he gave me and was quick with hauling away my “junk”. I would use them in a minute again!!

  Chase and his crew were phenomenal. They came out within a few hours of my initial request to provide an estimate. He and JJ were very friendly and informative. I called the corporate number to schedule the actual job and they scheduled for the very next day. Not all of the information I shared with the scheduler made it to the local crew which caused a major hiccup. Chase did not skip a beat. He told me not to worry and got on his phone in my driveway (didn’t even leave my house) to try to resolve the issue. He came back moments later and said problem solved! The local team went far above and beyond to get the equipment they needed to my house so they could deliver as scheduled. Again, they did not leave my house! They waited in my driveway for the equipment and didn’t leave until the job was done! To say I am shocked and impressed with the local crew’s commitment to customer satisfaction is an understatement! Thank you Junk King Boise! I will sing your praises to everyone I know and will be using you again. You 💯 have Chase to thank for this customer recovery! He is a great leader and the crew was fantastic as well. Thanks guys!

  I don't usually leave reviews. But I called Junk King on 3/28/22 they were able to come out to my area on 3/29/ 2022 they called 10 minutes before they arrived John and the other gentleman were professional and easy to deal with. They are true to their word that they priced matched a quote I received from got junk.com and were able to take out my sectional the same day. I would recommend Junk King if you need to have things hauled away.

The main office did a great job communicating with us about the pick-up (estimate, dates, and pricing), the removal crew was very efficient and fulfilled all of our expectations, and the pricing was reasonable.   I had a perfect experience with Junk King on 3/25/22. It was my first time using them and it couldn't have gone any better. The two people who came out to pick up the stuff were just fantastic - super friendly, helpful, and fast! I booked online a couple days before (online discount!) and the entire process was smooth from end to end. Communication was excellent and all went according to schedule (they were even able to come a bit early and called to check if that was ok). Additional plus: they take things like air conditioners and TVs (extra recycle fees for both) which was great. So thankful for the great experience and I will definitely use their service again!

  It was a tough move, a huge unwheel de table that needed to be sod up and still wait a ton. That plus a bunch of miscellaneous stuff was handled efficiently and cheerfully by John and his helper. They kept us informed of their timing along the way and did us a great service. Recommended.
