  Service was great; I was very satisfied. The movers were friendly and made sure my items were moved carefully as some were going to be donated. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend Junk King and will definitely use them again if my need arises.

  Super professional, accommodating, and prompt!! I called on a Wednesday about the possibility of getting a dumpster dropped at my place for the weekend. I wasn’t sure I’d be giving them enough time or if they even had any dumpsters available with such short notice. Not only did he free up a dumpster for me, they had it delivered the next morning, and when I got home from work it was dropped exactly where I asked for it to be left. I’ll always come back to Junk King any time I need a service they provide!!

  We called Junk King the afternoon before and arranged a pick-up for the following morning - perfect timing for us. Our “junk” was construction demolition debris with all sorts of nails and sharp edges (no way we wanted to dispose of this ourselves). JK’s guys driving their unmistakable truck arrived precisely on time. The lead guy assessed our haul -away debris, gave us what we thought was a reasonable and fair price, we accepted and signed their paperwork, and then the two got right removing our junk! Gloves on, they made it look easy. This was the second time we’ve engaged Junk King. They are definitely our go-to source for this kind of service.

  These guys are awesome. The appointment was easy to set up, customer service was kind and helpful when I had questions, the guys who came to collect everything were very nice and fun to talk to and did an excellent and swift job of loading everything up. Prices seem fair. And I especially love that they are environmentally conscious in attempting to recycle or repurpose as much as possible before anything hits the landfill.

  Excellent Service. Called on a Thursday afternoon, they delivered the dumpster on Friday morning. Picked it up first thing Monday morning. They called to let me know exactly when they were delivering and picking up. Highly recomment.

  we had a sofa bed on the second floor, to heavy for us to move down stairs. we made an appointment on line. employee called twice to let us know when they would arrive. arrived on time, took about 10 minutes to remove the item and load it into the truck. the employees were friendly, polite and seemed to enjoy being of help.   I was going to rent a uhaul and take junk (furniture and odd bulky things) to the landfill and pay to dump. But through Google I came across Junk King! I am so glad I did! They responded quickly and came out quick. They gave a reasonable estimate and I let them take it right away. I did not have to lift a thing! We had an evening appointment so the truck was pretty filled by the time they reached us so we had to reschedule for them to come back and get the items they couldn’t take. I would suggest if you need it all gone in one day take a morning appointment where the truck is basically empty but remember the more you fill the more you pay but their prices are very reasonable. The workers were very quick and knowledgeable yes knowledgeable about removing junk! I was amazed how easily they removed the furniture and then broke it down to fit in the truck. I would highly recommend them and will use agin if I ever needed this type of service again.

  very happy with the services provided by your employees Luois and Juan @65 Harvard St, Chelsea, I got a call sooner than my 2hr time window, they came with an empty truck and worked hard filling it up. Im satisfied with what i paid for the amount of stuff removed, only wish you had bigger trucks. I definitely would recommend Junk King and Luois and Juan.

  I have used them before and the service was very good. This time not so much. On the original day they were supposed to be here between 1-3. Called at 3:30 & 4:45 to get an update. They returned my call at 5 and rescheduled for the next day 3-4 as I would not be there to pay them until 3. They called about 1:30 and wanted to come early. I said go ahead but they would have to call me for payment. The item was picked up and was in good order.

  It is important to read the fine print with Junk King. While the base price is extremely competitive, the additional charges make it a poor value if you plan to fill the entire container. If you are disposing of something lightweight or a small quantity, it could be fine. Otherwise you would save money by using a company with a higher base charge, but fewer fees.

  Outstanding service, above and beyond, Derrick & JT were amazing, they knew exactly what to do expeditiously an adept operators having, showing knowledge, skill and aptitude. Having them come out again next week.

  EXCELLENT!! The two young men did such a great job. We are closing down our parents home and there was quite a variety. I have used the Junk Kings before, again excellence. I will/would refer this company down to the Reps who set you up for the job. Thanks!!

  I think you guys are AMAZING!! The guy that delivered and picked up the dumpster (I feel stupid I didn't even get his name) but he was really friendly and couldn't have been nicer. Thank you guys very much. This was our 4th time using your services. We will be back.
