  The process to book the service was seamless. Once the crew got here a determined the price, I felt is was reasonable. The crew was very friendly and efficient; they were in and out in about 30 minutes. I would recommend them for anyone needing to get rid of things.

  Professional from initial contact to driving off! They are Professional in appearance, conduct, communication, and customer service in all respects.   Brian and Andrew were our service reps. They we’re friendly, professional, and courteous they emptied our junk in a fast and professional manner. I have used several well known junk removers in the past some I have been very happy with and some I thought were unreasonably high. I found junking to be reasonable and providing a good service for your money I will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them For your junk removal.

  We had literally one day to remove the junk from our 2 story. Steve and Tony (i believe) removed exactly what I needed and even reduced the final cost on top of it! This is the first time I had to use junk removal. Excellent service and I'm honestly glad I gave them a chance. Thank you so much Junk Kings! God bless you guys!

  The on line reservation was easy to use. Leo and Damien gave me a courtesy arrival time call. They reviewed everything and took pictures. They treated my furniture item with care. The payments was easy and I received payment confirmation with pictures. These two young men were a pleasure to meet and represented Junk King very well.

  Phenomenal service. They were extremely careful not to scuff up our walls in removing the items and even went so far as to saw a couch in half to make it fit, while taking great care to contain and clean the mess it caused. Very polite as well. Highly recommend.

  I would recommend Junk King to anyone with furniture or anything else they want to get rid of because take care to not damage anything while removing your unwanted items. Leo and Lance removed the items I had in just a short period of time. They were courteous and respectful and did a great job.

  I’ve used Jumk King multiple times. They are affordable, professional, and offer amazing service. The team provided an estimate and co firmed I was ok with it before loading the items in the truck. They made sure they didn’t leave anything behind and left everything clean before leaving.

  Junk King changed my service time to over an hour after my window of noon to two. Rico and his helper surprised us by arriving within the service window. Rico did an excellent job and was very helpful, efficient and courteous. If I ever need this service again, I would request Rico.

  Don from Junk King Harrisburg did a phenomenal job. He was timely with his replies, always. He provided clear pricing and explained the whole process clearly. His level of customer service is exceptional. I could not have asked for a better experience. He and his crew even swept up the part of the garage they cleaned out. Seriously incredible work. If you ever need something removed, please ask for Don. You will not be disappointed.

  Great guys, Very friendly and hard workers. All my junk was gone in under an hour and they even offered to take a few other things I had not mentioned on the phone. I was initially worried about the price be sure I was going to take things myself to the dump but with a military discount it was affordable for me and worth it. Highly reccomend!!

  I loved the customer service over the phone, the two men they sent out was fast , courteous, polite and patient.with me . Only complaint that I have is they were supposed to sent a credit card reader, then they wanted a check so instead I had to run to the ATM. I wanted a receipt which they didn't have so I wrote one out by hand but then they emailed me one I thought so I let them go now I realized it was an invoice. So inconsistencies I don't like but I hope it's all good .

  This is the second time I’ve worked with Junk Works to get rid of some household items I no longer need. They provide great service, removing items carefully and quickly with friendly service.
