  We had a fantastic experience with Jack Game Room. We were very skeptical to order our stools online having never seen the quality in person. Well the stools were WAY nicer than we could have imagined! Amazing craftsmanship is obvious. The customer service was impeccable. And after we received our first stool we ordered 5 more! I can’t say enough about the excellent care and attention we received from Jacob as well as his manager and the owner of the company. They even sent us a little thank you gift while we awaited our stools. They checked in with us and were true to their word in timing. As many stars is allowed!

  Probably the most expensive table I’ll ever buy but it was worth every penny to me. Quality is top notch and we plan on it lasting a lifetime. Delivery and assembly was smooth and easy. Table looks amazing and I would recommend it to anyone that can afford it!

  Jack game room was great to deal with when looking for a shuffle board table. I contacted a few companies and Jack games was prompt to reply and help with all of my questions. The shuffle board was well packaged and had no damage when received. It was easily installed and a very high quality table. Highly recommend Jack games.

  Our service with Jacks Game Room was tremendous. Every person we spoke with was helpful and cared that we understood what we were purchasing.   Excellent service throughout. Order was very quickly verified at time of order and I love that we pay 50% upon order and 50% before delivery. Companies I've dealt with take your money upfront while you wait 2-3 months for your item. Delivery company contacted me as soon as they receive item to schedule for delivery. Delivery guys were very polite, quick, and installed it very quickly. Overall, excellent experience and would recommend to all my friends.

  If I could make a suggestion, I would adding some sort of rubber cushion or something with traction/resistance that will keep the poker table from slipping/moving. That top piece tends to move... I'm going to fix this issue myself but it would be better if you addressed this issue.

  We purchased the shuffleboard table and the round game table from Jack Game Room this spring and were very pleased with the interactions that we had with the staff. We typically received responses to emails within 1-2 days. They were changing color options on wood stain and sent us several sample pieces to ensure that we were getting what we wanted. The tables are beautiful and fit well in our new game room. While the cost of these tables is higher than most other options that we looked at, we felt it was worth the money to get something that we would be happy with for many years.

  The order process needs improvement. For some reason, our order kept being pushed back without much communication as to why. We originally ordered in December and ultimately did not get to install product until May. Pool table and shuffleboard we ordered were fine upon delivery, so this review is exclusively for the order follow-through. Madelyn was great on the phone, but wished we had that level of communication throughout the process.

  We are so sorry for the delay and frustration. Upon review, there seemed to be a little of everything going on here. A flurry of orders had us overpromising delivery by a week or two before we figured that out. The factory was subsequently another 1.5 weeks behind their usual schedule. And the installers needed 1.5 weeks to schedule the installation which is also atypical. We clearly could have done a better job staying on this and communicating more effectively. We are usually better at that than we were here but sometimes when it rains it pours. If you feel compensation is owed to you for your for the inconvenience and poor follow-up, please let us know. We want all of our customers to feel they were treated fairly. In any event, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We only do better when we learn from our mistakes.

  This was my second attempt at purchasing a Shuffleboard. The first attempt through another supplier was an abysmal failure, and I was very reluctant to go with a new supplier, and especially without being able to see the actual product. The Jack Game Room experience was everything that I had hoped for in my original purchase, and I was finally able to enjoy the product that I had originally envisioned. The product quality from Jack Game Room is what I was hoping for, and the installation team was friendly, considerate and very knowledgeable of the product installation. Kudo's on a great product and a great experience.

  Found the website through a Google search. Did some research and found that other customers rated the company highly. Easy website to navigate and build a custom poker table and chairs. The customer service was excellent. Communicated clearly and explained the timing of the build and delivery so there were no miscommunication. Their delivery partners were excellent and the furniture looks great and is high quality. Not inexpensive but worth the price.

  Best price and quality around. I went to several places in large cities looking at selection and none of those had the quality that Jack Game Room provided.   Well, it was a long wait to get our game table and chairs. But, when it arrived, it was exactly as we expected. The crating was perfect with no damage whatsoever. Assembly was simple and extra parts were provided. Communication was also very good. The chairs are very nice, though I wish there was a little more cushion in them. I think after a long night of playing poker your butt will be a little sore. The fabric choices online were very close approximations to what we received. We would order from Jack again.

  We are very impressed with the quality of our new poker table. It's a beautiful piece of furniture.   Jack Game Room was exceptional every step of the way in the transaction. From the initial ordering, periodic updates on the progress of manufacturing and shipping, quickly addressing any installation questions, and always very responsive and available by phone and email.   WE have only had the table one week The quality seems good and the table was what I excepted. The only issue I have is the lead time 9 months was really not acceptable. When I called to complain about the additional time I was told I could cancel, instead of have some kind of understanding on what we are going through I understand the situation that we have all been in BUT it is time to move on and quit using COVID as a excuse. I was told 6 months and it took 3 additional so I believe you need to tell customers up front or fix your lead time, If you are willing to wait the table is nice BUT I would not wait 9 months again

  On May 5, 2021, I ordered a pool table, a wall mounted cue rack and a deluxe billiards playback. The pool table was a cancellation of someone else’s order and thus immediately available. It arrived damaged. The slate was broken in pieces and had to be replaced. Jackgameroom’s installer also noted some other minor damage that he said would be not be visible so I let it go. The wall mounted cue rack was separately delivered and also damaged. Note that the box was opened in front of jackgameroom’s installer who told me that I would need to call jackgameroom for resolution. My designer reported the damage and was asked a series of questions that effectively tried to shift the blame to me. Again, the box was opened in front of the pool table installer that they sent to my house. I sent pictures of the damage to jackgameroom at their request and the response was that most, if not all, the damage would likely be hidden when I hang it so I should be okay with it. I was not. The item cost $1,600 and should be delivered damage free. I asked for a refund which they said was not an option. So I insisted that they send a new one. As of today, I am still waiting for delivery. Given they sent me a damaged cue rack, you think they would prioritize the replacement. At this point I don’t even want it anymore. I had to buy a cheaper version to hold the pool sticks in the interim. Further, the pool cue holder they sold me does not even hold all the sticks contained in the play pack they sold me as it can not hold the bridge. Given we had several conversations with their salesmen in advance of the order, you think that they would point out that the pool cue rack they were selling me would not hold all the sticks they were also selling me. In summary, (i) everything I ordered came damaged, (ii) jackgameroom tried to shift the damage blame to me, (iii) the sales team knowingly sold me a play pack containing sticks that would not all fit in the pool cue rack that they separately sold me, and (iv) the replacement pool cue rack was not prioritized and I’m still waiting for it — now eight months post-order. At this point, my only hope is that the new pool cue holder comes undamaged in the near term and that I can sell it and the damaged version to recover most of my money. Hoping this review makes someone think twice before placing there order here.

  I got the flippable poker-dining table. It turned out absolutely gorgeous. This company is spot on. The people are fantastic to work with.   The table is beautiful, very well made and super high quality (Menlo 96" poker table in umber with wine felt). The service was great with responsive and informative feedback during the sales process as I debated my table's configuration and throughout the build. Definitely get the swatch samples as you decide on finish and felt. My table was slightly delayed due to raw material delays but was well worth the wait. Again, when I made an inquiry the Jack Game Room team responded quickly with status. Also, super happy with the shipper (Saia). I did not order white glove delivery and was worried when informed that the shipper would not be able to use the lift gate to lower the 350 lb pallet to the ground. The driver was super helpful taking the boxes off the pallet on the truck and helping to get them safely down to the ground. He even helped me open all the boxes to check for any damage - there was none after shipping coast to coast! Overall, love my table and can't wait to play on this heirloom piece for many many years!

  The table itself is gorgeous and I'm very happy with it. 4 stars out of 5 though because it was hard to get an order status. I don't mind a 3-4 month wait, but my order status just said "awaiting fulfillment" for 4 straight months. That's not helpful. Also, my order was delayed by a month and a half, which is fine, but the only reason I found out about it was that I contacted them. They should have informed me.

  Great communication to place the order and receive delivery information. The chairs arrived perfect and fit perfectly with our game table. The seat height is just a bit high for me, but I’m a short person, 5’1”. I still love them and find the side arms quite comfortable. Love the fabric!

  I am an interior designer and was looking for a high end card table for a client on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I was thrilled to see the Kyoto reversible poker table as it had everything I wanted for my client...it is a gorgeous table that they couldn’t be more thrilled with! John Baker was fantastic to work with as the service I received was fantastic. I love the different wood finishes and felt colors as they are so classy. I’m already ordering another table for a new client!!

  I ordered the Tribeca 96" Texas Hold'em Poker Table from Jack Game Room and I couldn't be more happy with the table and my overall experience! I am super impressed with the customer service I received from John. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my ordering process. Since I had a hard time picking the wood color and felt color, John recommended that I order samples and even had his designer do some mock ups for me. The table is very beautiful and very well made. I highly recommend Jack Game Room to anyone looking for a high quality piece of game furniture!

  The service team did a great job communicating and getting my order out. The Kyoto table is of very high quality and was a great add to our basement. A really beautiful piece. I went with glazed smoked wood with blue felt. Assembly of base to table was simple and the table is solid. Highly recommended!
