  It's been 2-3 years since I've come here to buy an ISBN number. Before, they were about 1/10th the price, I received them instantly, and had the option to add a price bar code. I saw none of these possibilities this time. I did receive an ISBN number but it took two days. Don't wait until the last minute to do this if you want one.

  Josh Pritchard answered my call for help after the bar code I'd ordered downloaded incorrectly. This was very upsetting, but I am grateful that Josh, on the second attempt to correct the problem, was able to help. I am a return client, have ordered bar codes without a whisper of problem (2021 and 2022) and was surprised and dismayed with the issue this time. Anyhow, very thankful to Josh.   I did not initially complete my review since it was not clear the I had to pay before I completed my book request. I returned to complete the my action but was never provided a place to input my book details. I wanted an eBook ISBN and am not sure that I obtained the appropriate number. The number obtained ended in 955-065-5. I will contact support in this regard.

  Hi John, your initial order receipt contained a link with brief instructions on how to access the book detail registration form in your account. We also sent a response to your email on 6/8 and a follow up to that with more instructions on how to use the registration form. It seems like the email may be getting mistakenly sent to a junk or spam folder. Also, there are some companies that advertise an "ebook ISBN", but that's not accurate. An ISBN can be assigned to a long list of different formats. When you initially get the ISBN added to your account, there is no format connected to it. During the detail registration process, you get to choose which format the ISBN should be assigned to. I hope this helps. If you need anything else feel free to contact us directly.
