  Great company to deal with. I had an issue: I received my order of 5A pristine balls but without the logo I specified. They actually have a 1-800 number and I spoke to a live person. I swapped the balls in 3 days with no hassle. Great customer service which is rare these days!! I highly recommend Half Price Golf Balls!

  I have ordered 5A Pristine Balls many times from Half Price Golf Balls. They indeed are in pristine condition and have only had slight discolouration on 2 balls out of 20 dozen. I have put my logo on them, and the full-colour logo turns out beautifully! I highly recommend Half Price Golf Balls as you can't beat the price or quality. Delivery is also unbelievably fast, and free as well. I highly recommend them and will order from them again next year!

  I ordered from a competitor two weeks ago and the balls haven't even shipped yet. Ordered from half price on a Monday and recieved them on a Thursday. 4 days total compared to competitor that in 14 days hasn't even shipped. On top of that the quality was great and matching the description. The product was as ordered. That mentioned other competitor was lostgolfballs and in previous order half dozen were the wrong model they were they cheaper one. Very impressed this is my new perfect seller I'll be back!

  Have only hit 3 so far of 10 dozen purchased. Each of the 3 hit when hit had cover damage when struck. Basically cover of ball became smudged as if paint not yet dried and adhered to ball leaving defective ball illustrating underlying pink color. Each ball only hit three or four times revealing underlying pink and cover damage. Disappointing as have purchased balls from you on many occasions with complete satisfaction . But not this time.

  I ordered 5 dozen Titleist AVX MINT balls. Only 1 of the dozen were AVX. Also they were not mint. Lots of scuffs. Every single ball had a logo and lots of player markings. I have used this site many times, this is the first time the balls were quite poor.

  The quality of the balls are excellent! The turnaround time from order to delivery is great! This was my fourth order… the price point is amazing. I like to order Pristine Quality golf balls to take advantage of the free personalization - excellent for promotional purposes (but the printing hasn’t lasted as long as others..). But all in all, great quality ball selection, excellent service, and quick delivery !!!

  My overall experience was acceptable, no problem with price or shipping or the product, except for one BIG mistake... I ordered 5 doz "Srixon Brite Green" and got 5 doz dull orange balls instead! If they had contacted me and asked, all right, but they just swapped all 5 doz for undesirable colored balls they probably wouldn't be able to sell otherwise.

  It states that I could get the golf balls customized but it was impossible to find a button to click to do this. I had to skip the customization on my last 2 orders because I was unable to find a button to add the text.

  Dear Donald, The 5a pristine is the only variant which can be customized. The 5A balls have logos on them already and cannot be customized. If the pristine is not showing it means it is out of stock at the moment to preclude back orders.

  Hi, the email I was trying to use was customerservice@halfpricegoflballs.ca. That was the one on the confirmation emails that I received regarding my order. I did, in fact, receive a response from the form email I sent. However, it went to my junk mail and I dind't see it until after I wrote the review. I have since written another form email asking how I can update or edit my review as I feel it was unfair. As for the quality of the balls, the 6 in question were well below 4A grade based on your website description. One has a plug in it and looks like it's been painted over. That's something I have never seen. I can send pics if you'd like. AS for the others, they are either cut through the cover or scuffed well beyond any 4A ball I have ever received from your site.
