Our 5a mint balls one level above what you ordered will have logos but for the most part no sharpies. In this case it sounds like you received what was advertised being a 4a quality golf balls 3 levels down from our premium grade.

  My purchase was shipped to my Canada post box address as the website does not indicate that they will best using ups. When I got the tracking number I messaged them to change the address with no response. I never received my order. I tried calling them multiple times but no answer. I received the review email twice and have clicked have not received order, to which it indicates that a message has been sent stating such. I tried to contact through pay pal but again no response so I had to escalate it so PayPal could try and get my money back

  On September 11, I mistakenly ordered 5 dozens of refinished Bridgestone BRX mint balls instead of mint recycled balls. As soon as I realized my mistake, I wrote to you asking to change my order (that was on a Sunday night). On Sept 13 you sent me this answer: "Dear Pierre, we apologize bell was doing work in the area and we now just restored the email. The order shipped already but if you play them and do not like them you are welcome to return them and we will compensate you for the shipping back to us." So I received the balls and sent you another email on Sept 16 asking to return the balls. I haven't heard from you since.

  I ordered 3 different golf balls, Taylormade Pix 2021 (5A), ProV1X 2021 (5A) pristine and ProV1X 2021 (4A), and they were even better than I had hoped. The pristine ProV1s are perfect and I love the lack of logos. The (4A)s have very minor markings and are perfect for practice. The PIX are also absolutely blemish free. The website was easy to navigate to find exactly what I wanted and delivery was quick. I will definitely be ordering more.

  I like the price point and quality of the logo, but it does not last long. It is pretty much 1/2 gone after 1-2 shots, and I do not strike the logo when I hit the ball. I have a friend that bought through you and his logo lasts a while. Not sure what happened here?

  Great selection of balls. Picked some I liked and put a personalized logo on them and had them at my door in less than a week. Happy with how fast the entire process was.
