  I ordered my golf balls 6 days ago, according to the UPS they have not been sent out to us yet. I can not get a hold of the company, I have sent multiple emails and texts to the company, I also paid extra to have them shipped in 48 hours. I have not had them shipped to date. We printed a proof for you as per your request and tried numerous times via email and phone to reach you. We released the order to ship as we had already printed the balls and they look great. Please note we normally do not do proofs as they slow down the processing and shipping of the order and that is exactly what happened in this instance.

  I ordered 2021 ProV1 4A quality and I’d say they’re true to the description. They came in a box with five bags, and there was a dozen bowls in each bag. I would say each dozen probably has one ball that looks like it has never been hit, and each dozen has one or maybe two balls with a pretty bad scuff or stain. But other than that, all the balls just have somebody’s marker/alignment aid on them, or a corporate logo, but are still very playable. Most of them look like a ball that’s been used for 5 to 14 holes of golf if I had to give a range…

  The quality of the ball I received didn’t correspond with the description of the product. Half a dozen of the ball are not playable. When I aks for a refund I was told to return the order to the warehouse at my cost. Really disappointed with the customer service.
