  Worst customer service I have tried at least 10 times to contact them. Both by email and telephone. I got 1 reply asking again about the issue and then it too was ignored. Good produce but seriously consider using the company due to their HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

  Ordered 5 dozen, got 4 of the right one and 1 wrong one. Emailed and zero response. So while technically the wrong dozen is a “ better” ball, it’s a 3 piece vs a two and for my game a 2 is better. So these balls are destined for hero shots and will likely end up in water where these refurbished balls typically come from.

  I placed my customized order and a couple of days later I was told they no longer had the ball type I ordered and I was offered an alternative. I declined the alternative and asked that they refund my card. I received no response but a couple of weeks later I received my original order as requested with the balls that I was told were no longer in stock. Some communication would have helped. Also, I had issues ordering on the website. Apparently, the letters P and O in my address (Promenade Trail) signal my address as a PO box in Shopify and stop me from proceeding with the online order. I had to leave a O out of my address to place the order online. Strange....Finally withing 15 minutes of placing my order the credit card I used was compromised and the card company shut it down. Happy to get the balls I ordered even with the hiccups!

  Balls look to be in great shape. One complaint...every ball has a logo or marked up some way, sharpie, etc. I like may balls clean (lol) so I can put my own markings on them. No biggie, just sayin".

  95% of the golf balls were great but that 5% of the balls did not travel like they should. I think these balls; even though they cleaned up well, were water -logged and would not perform as I expected.
