  Excellent value for 4a golf balls --- I now have ordered 4a 5 dozen balls 3 times this year and will gladly confirm their guarantee policy. One shipment of 3 50 balls had 9 that were not as stated and they credited my credit card (not a credit for future purchases) . Completely satisfied and will certainly order again when my current inventory depletes from lost / damaged balls.

  Why a 5...it's how they handled a problem. One of the 5 bags was short a ball. I took a picture of the unopened bag with only 11 balls and sent it along with my email. In a day or two they gave me a credit. That's great consumer service.
