  No issues with the Product, but UPS Shipping and Costumer Services is terrible. UPS never delivered the package, but claimed delivery. Cannot open a claim against it as that needs to come from the Sender. Emailed Customer Services as soon as I received the Delivery notification from the Site and from UPS. I never received a reply from the Customer support team. I followed up the next week and again no response. $100 wasted due to poor delivery and worse customer service. Great product, as I have ordered from them before, but this was a really sour experience and will be looking to take business elsewhere.

  auto pay loaded wrong delivery address, I called and spoke to an employee woh said it was already on a skid but would sort it out. gave correct address. No one followed up and they shipped it to the wrong address. Filled out two surveys saying I still have not received them. No follow up. Terrible overall.

  Ordering and delivery very good, balls were pretty much what I expected. Not 5 starts because a previous order included refinished balls that were advertised and priced as pristine, but quite a few were not, as they had visible blemishes under the new coating that were easily detectable. The original ball was far from pristine, and you cannot refinish and then upgrade it to brand new . I will never order refinished balls again, but will order regular balls in the future, as I know what I'm getting.

  They kinda tried... took over a month to get my order because they said they didn't have the design for the custom tees, but I did everything on the website. After many phone calls and emails, I finally spoke to someone who wrote down the text for the tees. Order shipped fast, but i was missing half of on type of tees and the other ones had mistakes on them. Called and they reshipped the missing tees and corrected the message on the other ones, but created a new spelling mistake. I didnt bother trying to get in touch with them again since its almost impossible to speak to someone and they dont replys to emails.
