  Even at 2am I found the forms easy to complete to my surprise. That made me quite happy. Now when I travel getting to the airplane will be much quicker and that is important since I am 90 and have a sore back much of the time. Thank you.

  Given what it usually takes to replace a lost passport, I highly recommend Gov . It is fast, easy, and doesn't necessitate any trips to the passport office or photographer. Very affordable as well.

  IT WAS SO EASY TO APPLY FOR NEW PASSPORT THAT'S WHAT MAKES THIS SO GREAT. ALSO WHEN I FORGOT TO FILL IN BLANKS IT WOULD LET ME KNOW AND I COULD JUST GO BACK AND FIX IT NO GUESSING GAME HERE. THIS GOVPLUS REALLY WORKED FOR ME. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

  I don't know if I made the mistake of Not reading or if I wasn't informed of how this process worked, as far as paying $97 just to fill out the application. Then I find out through the real TSA that I still have to pay another $78 when I get to the appointment for the precheck and was a little upset. I felt slighted and like i had been a victim of some kind of fraud. I emailed the company and Jan. Jan was VERY polite, courteous and understanding of my feelings. Jan reassured me that she'd take care of the situation and she did so very quickly. Thanks again Jan. YOU"RE THE BEST

  Do NOT , I Repeat DO NOT use this service ! I submitted My information in September and paid over 200.00 to obtain & expedite my passport ! It 2 days shy of a 3 months AND I Still don't have my passport ! This company is A Mess ! The systems and protocols that they have setup is Nothing like going into the US Passport office and handling it face to face! Now I have to start the process All over again ! Too much to go through to get something that in person takes maybe a few hours to accomplish.

  This is a scam! They lead you to believe that for $97 after filling out their application online, you will be receiving your TSA Pre Check. When in fact all the $97 does is give you the location of a place (In my case a Staples Office Supply) & time where you can actually deal with the company (Idemia) who submits and application for $78. Stay away from these scammers !!!!

  I went to the website and ordered a Social Security replacement card and paid $57 for the card. That was on March 31, 2023. Of course, the $57 immediately came out of my account. This is May 5, 2023, and I have not yet received my replacement card and was told when ordering it on March 31, 2023, it would be delivered to me within 10 days from placing the request. I chatted with someone named Anna yesterday, May 4, 2023, and told her the tracking says a label was made on April 21, 2023, but USPS has not yet received the item for mailing. She said to check with my local post office and gave me a local telephone number. I told her the post office can't check on something they haven't yet received. I am beyond frustrated. I would like to get a full refund of my $57. I contacted the local Social Security Administration office online and have applied for a replacement card and the charge to get one is ZERO. Please reply and tell me how to get the $57 I paid for nothing refunded back to me immediately. This has been a total nightmare to deal with. I want my $57 refunded to me immediately. I was shocked I would have to pay for a replacement card but was willing to do it. I needed it before May 23rd - time is of the essence - and I thought ordering it on March 31, 2023, it would be in my hands well in advance of May 23, 2023. Boy, was I ever wrong. Respond telling me how to get my monies back from you. I'm happy other customers have had a pleasant experience but unfortunately for me mine was not.

  Regretfully I paid $97 for TSA pre check application on their website, thinking it is a legitimate government service. I found out that that TSA PreCheck actually costs $78 and is not included in the $97 paid to this company. This is a fraudulent practice!! $97 just to make an appointment at a facility that processes this service. Very upsetting! I hope that this operation is stopped so other people do not fall into this scheme.

  They charge $97 and it is implied that this charge will cover the TSA pre-check cost, but it does not. I have been emailed 8 times by govplus today to schedule my appointment for TSA precheck. I have been given three times in one date to select an appointment and after selecting, I receive an email 5 minutes later that the appointment time is not available and to reschedule (again), only to be directed to the exact same 3 hour slots and date. The location provided for the TSA meeting also was not taking appointments. You can schedule your TSA precheck meeting directly on the TSA website. The $97 paid to this worthless entity was in vain and has ultimately prolonged the process and increased to cost to get TSA precheck.

  This company website isn’t clear on the services that are provided. You think you may be applying for replacement social security card then you find out you are paying fees just to use their website very misleading when you can just go to your local social security office. You can’t talk with anyone. Please don’t use this website. You would be wasting your money. I feel my $57.00 should be refunded and all my information removed from their system.

  If I could I'd give it zero stars. Fraud business they charge just to make an appointment for you $97..that fee goes to no processing of any application as they promote. They are not affiliated wirh any US government agency.!! Don't give them anything.
