  Trustpilot should make it possible to give negative stars, at least in the case of this website. First, I doubt that the people available to chat with are located in the United States. Their lack of knowledge about such a sensitive process as obtaining a passport is astounding. Second, their incompetence is unparalleled: after having submitted my information, both on the website and in an email, I had to call a week later, despite paying extra for expediting my application, because the application was still “ processing.” After that was sorted out, they were going to submit the application in the name of my contact. Imagine that: no more global entry, no more breezing through customs/immigration… it was basically a sure bet I’d end up on every “no-fly“ list there is. I obviously requested a refund, which I must say, they were pretty prompt with. Nevertheless, if you’re in a hurry to get a passport or any other important government document, or if the business of obtaining and/or renewing important legal documents is a priority, this company should not be your first choice. Just go to the post office or mail your documents directly to the government (everything .gov today is surprisingly well put together) and bypass these people altogether.

  It was so easy using GOV but thinking I was getting a passport on-line was too good to be true! They say the cost is $59, then after you get through everything they hit you with “government fee” of $135! Had to take 4 pictures they oked the last one. Next day I need to take one more! I will say it was easy to cancel the whole thing!

  Not worth the time or money, just print the forms out yourself. My application was approved on Feb 8th, tracking generated on the 14, as of the 20th still hasn't been shipped. No communication from Gov at all. I have to keep calling them as they were never going to reach out. I was told on the 16th it would mailed. Again I was told by a manager that on the 19th. As of the 20th it still hasn't been mailed, no updates in tracking info. At this rate I could have printed the forms myself, filled them out, and have saved time $57.

  Although this is online service, the support I received on a couple issues were responded quickly and successfully. I would recommend this service (passport is ready to ship to me, so this last step is the last step!)

  What a waste of time. From the ads I expected that if I supplied all my info and photograph that I would receive a passport in the mail, but no. All I received was the paperwork filled out so I could apply for a passport with the government. Very disappointing. More fool me.

  Support person Dominic was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient. in fact I can't believe how smoothly resolving my issue went. I will definitely recommend using Gov to friends. Of course I will be using it again to renew my wife's passport. As someone who has done support in the past, I know good support when I experience it. Gov support is exactly what support should be.

  It has taken a month now and I still haven't gotten my passport the keepasking me to upload documents that I have before and it takes them 5-7 days to let you know I finally got a shipping date ans so far it's been 7 days and have not shipped it yet now that's terrible slow compared to what the site and commercials say they are quick to answer email but try to get anything done I would stayvaway and go to the post office I had though this would save time I guess not they are suppose to call me today and it's been 2 hours I'm still waiting I'm done go to the post office

  I feel the company is a scam, I paid for a passport application, TSA renewal 4 months ago and still no passport, no update. Now I am seeing that this is a private Company out scamming people promising service of saving time and money but up charging you every step of the way.   I have just completed a chat with Dom at GOV concerning my KTN renewal. We must've been chatting for 45 minutes because of my tech ignorance. He was exceptionally gracious and patient and I really coudn't have wished for better service. He tried to guide me through gettind a screenshot to him. Eventually I gave him details of my revewal receipt and my KTN number and he found that it was renewed. I had not received notice of that. Excellent site. and would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Gov plus really did great service for me. It was the customer service that sold me for them, on them. When I was having difficulties with my account, the live chat immediately connected me to somebody. I didn't have to wait less than 5 minutes. I thought it would have taken me them longer to get back to me, but it didn't. So I definitely recommend gov plus to anybody that's trying to get passports or TSA pre check or anything like that. Ease of access and then also just the customer service piece, as if you do run into anything, they're there to help you out. So yeah, God bless.

  Kept putting these Renewal Processes Off til now and as a former Military Veteran with a Clearance suspected the process to be much more involved and time consuming.   Good morning. I just want to let y'all know that I was having issues with my new passport. First time getting one and I'm missing some important information on my application and I sent the link in and I got Dominique. Dominique helped me out so much he was willing to go up and beyond to help me out but I declined the help because I have appointment today at 130 with the clerk. So I'm going to just go ahead and fill out the missing information. But Dominique was willing to help me out and give me a printed out form from him to send at Staples. I'm at Staples right now but he said 24 hours and like I said, I have appointment today at 130. Want to say, Dominique, thank you so much. I appreciate you.   While there were a couple of issues, the Representatives I chatted with were more than excellent, resolving everything expediently and answering all my questions. TEN Gold Stars to all the GOV Representatives. Yes! I would definitely recommend GOV to my friends.

  Exemplary customer service and patience. I have one hand on a cast and it was very frustrating trying to take care of my application. So I used the chat feature and was connected with Daniel. He walked me through the process and when I was still having problems he suggested another step which resolved the problem. He finished assisting me including helping me get my appointment scheduled. He was very patient, polite and understanding, and spent what time was needed with me to complete my request. I would definitely recommend GOV if you need to navigate a request through the Government. George Rickey
