  This is a private company, pretending to be a government agency. They will take money from you under the pretense, they are applying and filling out the TSA information and cost for you but actually the fee they charge is their private fee and when you get to TSA in particular, you will be charged the TSA fee. I was basically told by the representative that had I gone directly to TSA I would not have paid their $97 to fill out a questionnaire online total scammers and angry with myself for falling for their advertisement as a government agency.

  This business charged far more than the government, is far slower and still trying to get more optional fees. My son filed for his passport on the government web site, and I used GovPlus. What a mistake. He got his in a little over a week and I am still submitting more stuff at over a month from starting. Not just that, I had far more paperwork and over twice the expense, and likely not done yet. Save a lot of time, money and frustration and avoid this scam website. It is a private scam business.

  Paid $500 for 2 week expedited passport renewal. I travel to the BVI all the time and my passport was up for renewal. Then I paid another $300 service fee. My application sat in review for over 2 months. They promise review to only take 3 days. Voiced concerns to customer service. Told me because I used their software they could only give me $240 back. A complete scam. DO NOT USE.

  I took a chance on the ad on Facebook to apply for my TSA pre-check and to reapply for my passport. GovPlus made the process very easy. I had some questions and used the online chat feature.   I started my passport renewal in January 2025 as of July 2025 I am no closer to getting my passport completed. First of all the naming of this service is fraudulent. It leads you to believe that it is affiliated with the government. It is not! All they do is send back photocopies of photos that you send them. Copies of birth certificate, drivers license, etc. I could have easily provided that myself. They charge you for a service promising something that you can easily do for yourself at the post office. Then when I get the packet, that laughably has printed on it that their services saved me hours of time, the information was incorrect. Dates were incorrect and if I had used their packet, my passport would have been invalid. I spent many hours messaging this company trying to get the process moving along just to end up at the post office any way. By the way, the process at the post office only took 15 minutes! I feel like a fool being swindled by this company. Live and learn!

  I never thought it would be so easy to apply for my passport. I thought I would have to go out wait in line and get my documents, but it was literally within minutes with my cell phone and I had everything done. I think everyone should use this option it is amazing. I give it five stars.
