Verified reviewThe service from the vendor is excellent. The shipping is embarrassing. On consecutive orders the courier listed the package out for delivery two consecutive days before indicating delivery was delayed and could not be determined. There is really no legitimate excuse for this, so I’d recommend the vendor choose a different shipper. I can separate the vendor from the courier; others will be less generous

Verified reviewI ordered 10 dozen balls quantity of 2 for a total of 240 balls and only received 120 balls. In all fairness the issue was resolved quickly however that's a pretty glaring error. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
