Ease of navigation of site is great. Ordered a 100 tp5x grade A balls. Delivery was made on time and fast. Quality could be better as in one of the bag of 50 balls, there were many balls that basically had the cover scratched completely off them and ones that I would consider grade B even potentially grade c unplayable balls. Surprised as previously I've ordered grade a balls and they were great while this time I was kind of surprised at the quality control.

This is the second time I have ordered TP5x (grade B) and each time the condition of ball has been much better than expected. Only a couple of the balls had logos on them and minimal sharpie marks. The cover of each were in good shape with no major scuffs. Very happy again with the purchase!

Previous orders have been on time and the balls "Mint" as advertised. This time the order took more than a week to leave the warehouse even though the items ordered were advertised as being in stock. And, a number of the balls, perhaps 15% were not "Mint but rather at least one quality rating lower. They are usable but not all as advertised.
