  It was awesome, I was a little bit worried when I got on the website if it was legit or not because the deals were so awesome, but it's legit! Haha.   Received the 100 balls. Description was misleading. It was 90% tTM distance balls and not a mix at all. I notified them of the error and received a discount if the original price. Now I'm stuck with distance balls. I guess I can give them to my beginner friends. I was hoping the proper 100 mix 9f TM was to shipped out too much hassle

  Service from the company is excellent, the golf balls were truly 'MINT' no marks whatsoever , most looked brand new. Wish I could say the same for the courier FEDEX `product was kicked around their depots and I was in but the delivery agent indicated "nobody home', this is standard practice for FEDEX as their delivery drivers decide if you will get your package. Almost impossible to get them to deliver, in the end opted for delivery to Staples for collection. Shame gives Golfballs.ca an undeserved poor review.

  I did not appreciate being told what I was purchasing was “in stock” and it would be shipped quickly. To then be emailed later telling me the product I purchased was not in Stock and I would have to wait. I would not have purchased a product not in stock. I also found it discomforting when I asked about this error and how I could be compensated for it the representative avoided the topic. Simply a sorry would have been nice. I ordered 50 mint AVX balls. That are not completely mint. The scuffs could be from transport but also is disappointing. I’m conclusion; database/ stock issues, unprofessional communication, product was not as expected. I hope this helps rectify some of these issues for the next customers

We notified you as soon as we knew there would be a delay and did apologize at that time.   I purchased from GolfBalls.ca several times last year, shipping was fast and the products were great. This year I placed an order for $700 worth of golf balls, paid the extra to have them shipped fast and never received the order. I emailed them half a dozen times and never got a response. I had to call them directly and request a refund for my order. Despite their website saying they had stock of what I ordered they obviously didn't and kept ignoring my emails.... I give them a 0 for professionalism and a 0 for claiming they had product that they clearly didn't. I will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.

We did reach out to you informing you there would be a delay with your order and unfortunately, we did not receive any emails back from you, or they would have been attended to immediately. Looking into your order further, there appears to have been a slight glitch allowing you to pay for the shipping as we do not offer expediated shipping in Canada. As we spoke about on the phone, occasionally orders get placed before we can take the inventory off of the site, we do apologize again for the inconvenience of the situation.

  It took 2 weeks for my golf balls to arrive via Fedex. It seemed slow compared to what I'm used to using Amazon. I ordered balls in mint condition and I'd say that about 80% of the balls were mint.

  Excellent customer service! I had some balls that didn't meet the grading in a previous order so we chose to correct in my next order with replacing those balls. They did that and beyond by putting in even extra balls, double what was required! Only place I'm buying my golf balls from now on!
