    Ordered AAAA grade balls and was a little disappointed in the condition of the balls. I’ve ordered AAAA before and found the balls this time we’re in far worse shape than previous orders. Probably more of a Grade B rating would’ve been more accurate

    After having troubles with Fed Ex just leaving the parcel haphazardly on my porch, I contacted Golfballs.ca. They admitted they were having troubles with "Fed Ex", and are looking into changing how they ship, as this was not the first they heard of the problem. Golfballs.ca acted professionally and courteously with respect to acknowledging there was a problem, where as Fed Ex believed a package dropped anywhere near a door is completing the task of delivery. Not the first time ordering from Golfballs.ca I've had great service in the past and look forward to using their service in the future again.

    Balls finally arrived and were in mint condition. Order was a bit confusing as I received an email to say the Chrome Soft X were going to be delayed in delivery. I was asked if I would be open to getting Chrome Soft instead and they would be shipped immediately. I replied, Ok, give me the Chrome Soft so I don’t have to wait. I got the balls 7-10 days later and they were the Chrome Soft X’s....confusing but.....

I do find the price has gone up considerably from when I first started ordering but everything has. I have changed now (because of the price) from mint to A's.     Very happy with my experience using golfballs.ca and would definitely recommend to others. The only con is that the golf balls have a very strong chlorine smell which lingers in the room you store the golf balls in. Had to settle for grade A Titleist this time as the mint were sold out, but the rest of the order..mint. Quick shipping.
