  I’ve purchased many golf balls, last time balls were mediocre balls, they answered me if I was not satisfied to return the dozen…I And I must pay freight…. Freight worth more than the balls of course, joke of customer service answer, soooo disappointed after buying from them for 3 years running, finished! For me ! No customer service what’s so ever !

  I gave them a five Stars but I considered going with 4 but all the balls are in really good condition, I purchased the 100 lot to get the lower price and 6 of them had logo's on them which I really dislike logo's on my golf balls and 7 of them had permanent marker which is annoying. I figure I might be a little picky but they are still perfectly usable and I am getting the golf balls I use for half the price than in the golf store. I will keep ordering my golf balls from this company without a doubt.

  Recieved A grade titelist truefeel and they were not in mint condition Recieved B grade Callaway Chrome soft XLS and they were in mint condition The delivery was fast, I made a mistake on my order and had to change the adress on the delivery, This was handled quickly and efficiently by Golfballs.ca and did not change the delivery of the order. So overall I am happy with the service. I just think the Titeist were actually grade B not Grade A, while the Callaway exceeded my expectation given they were rated Grade B

  I ordered 6 dozen mint pro v 1 golf balls. Easily 15-20 balls had scuffs on them that were clearly not mint and did not match the description to what they describe as mint. Those 15-20 are more in line with how they grade B maybe A balls.

  Great deal on golf balls, the grading is always spot on. Although I realize Grade A balls have logos, some of the logos are massive and more than 4 balls had 2 logos on them. My only wish would be that large logos get downgraded to B.

  The prices are great, customer service is fantastic and the shipping is quick but whoever counts the balls on orders is pretty hit or miss. I've ordered from golfballs ca three times and twice my order has come up short on golfballs. One time I was missing half my order (customer service remedied this very quickly) and on my last order I was short about 5 balls. They'll fix their mistake but I really wish someone in shipping could do arithmetic and avoid the hassle we both go through. They'd be a 5-star if this was fixed.
