  Initially my order was not shipped out promptly even though I received an advice that it had been shipped. Once this was identified, the order was shipped promptly and I received it within 5 days. Given the initial misstep I can not rate 5 stars, but feel sufficient effort was made to correct the situation to my satisfaction.

  The ordering process and delivery was seamless and efficient. I ordered three dozen Grade A Titleist Pro V1 golf balls. All balls were as advertised - in very good condition. One dozen were extremely clean and in good condition, the other two dozen were in the same condition, but all had either company logos or other markings. None of these balls seamed to be "factory seconds" - released as practice balls by Titleist - but reclaimed balls. None the less I still recommend buying them as all balls were as advertised
