  Hi Wayne, Yes, we have had a few challenges in stock during the Covid era. It has been different than norm as many more people are choosing to play golf. The advantage is that we have a lot of 'new' stock coming in all the time but from time to time we don't have enough to fulfill an order. That can easily change from week to week.   About 90 of the 100 of the “mint” balls I ordered were logo’d and or player marked. OK that’s technically in the published description but “mint” is misleading. in addition, after I ordered and order confirmed, over a week later was told they are sold out and can they send me something else. Again several days went by before acknowledged. Delivery was slow. Not my first order from golf balls.ca but definitely my last.

In regards to the delays, we have experience a surge in demand since golf became a priority sport/outing during Covid-19. We have had a few delays and unfortunately you a customer who was affected.   The order process was excellent- quick delivery, easy online interaction- 5 stars. I have used Golfballs.ca for perhaps ten years and the only reason for docking one star is that a few balls in each shipment (I only use mint condition) feel dead and don’t go quite as far. Even so, still a bargain.

  I had found 2 vice balls at my course pro plus I was impressed with the extra yardage and spin so I ordered 24 from u and I can tell by the blemishes on the balls and the performance that these balls had been sitting on the bottom of a pond

These balls are like new, they will show no or very little wear and will maintain the original color and sheen. These will include small player( sharpie or felt pen) markings, team and corporate logo. It is hard to believe they are used! Also known as One-Hit Wonders. X-out and practice balls are NOT included.   Hi Dave, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry about that, we are not trying to be misleading. We always print out a shipping label with the pick list for the order, and most of the time it does ship right away. We have an automatic tracking email that is sent by our shipping software which states that the shipping label has been printed, but it may take a few days before the order ships. However, I am aware that this email may have gone to your junk email folder and you may have only seen the other email that just gives you the tracking number.
