  Sent an email request and Tim D. called me within hours. Told me what he was able to quote me on a 2 First Class ticket round trip from Atlanta, GA to Lisbon, Portugal.   Rome Trip We fly frequently and perfer first class travel, airline sites prices are getting way out of hand, l looked into GoFlyFirst for options. Mr. Anderson was fantastic, he worked with us to find same carrier at a significant savings, process efficiency and follow up phone and email. Will use GFF and Percy again!

Edward always remembers our seating preferences and preferred departure times. Edward arranged assistance both at LAX and CDG for my recent knee surgery, making our trip seamless.   Edward Walters was highly recommended… Edward Walters was highly recommended to me from a friend who has another friend who highly recommended him to them and who would end up making it possible for me to travel overseas booking first class airline tickets. Being a bit skeptical since I’ve mostly only used one airline, but when worked with Go Fly First, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease after speaking to Edward who was super polite, with clear voice, intentions, and phone connection. He worked to find me the best deal and the process flowed very smoothly and on top of that I saved a lot of money!

  I was very skeptical about using this… I was very skeptical about using this service but it checked out on all the trust sites and Marcus was able to get us the best deal by far compared to anyone else which made me more skeptical. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it and am very happy I did. Marcus answered all my questions, which were a lot, and talked me through everything. Our flights were exactly as described. We went to Italy from Tampa in July and my family was very happy with the business class seats. Thank you Marcus. Highly recommend!!

  Lufthansa is the worse to fly The flight from MUNICH to LAX was delayed 3.5 hours prior to take off. The seat of the person sitting in front of me was malfunctioning and remained in the inclined plus position during take off all the way through landing. This made me very uncomfortable throughout the flight. The AC was not the adjustable type but the vent type, it was right above my seat and could not be adjusted even after I complained to the steward that it was freezing cold. I got home sick and it has been 3 weeks and I am not fully recovered yet. Worse service I experienced was on LUFTHANSA.

  Marvelous Travel Counselor Percy went so far to take care of me with knowledge and patience and through some difficult occurrences.! He is very patient and listens and is a wonderful problem solver without making one feel they are a problem. I have traveled the world and never have had such a patient and kind and problem solver as good as Percy!! I will surely refer all my friends who travel to Percy!!

  Great Customer Service with Marcus Marcus Davis was the agent who assisted me with my Business Class ticket to Switzerland. He was patient and attentive to all of my requests. He stayed within my budget and he answered all of my questions. I made several changes and he was still kind, polite, courteous, and professional. I got the flight I wanted and the airline of my choice. I can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Marcus. Because of him, I will use SkyLux again and refer my friends to this company and Marcus. Thank you so much Marcus for making my travel plans perfect!

  Best Kept Travel Secret Before calling Go Fly First, do your research so you are ready to book as soon as they send you amazingly priced business & First-Class options. My family worked with Neil on a trip to Europe. Neil was very responsive, and found us several incredibly priced options. In fact, Neil’s quotes for business class beat what I was finding online for premium economy. We were super impressed and will use them again (hopefully soon).

  I thought that this agency was too good… I thought that this agency was too good to be true but they found flights a couple hundred dollars cheaper than I could find online myself. We flew Icelandair from Minneapolis to London and back. On the way back, Heathrow aviation system went down for a few hours causing us to miss the connecting flight from Iceland to Minneapolis but we were promptly picked up by a coach bus and stayed in a 5 star hotel for the night that had a hot tub outside our room, northern lights dimmers, Apple TV, remote control blinds and heated toilet. Bed was amazing! Food was gourmet. Neil called me to make sure we got our flight back sorted out. I didn’t buy separate travel insurance so I am so grateful everything worked out. I would book with Neil again.

  I came across GoFlyFirst looking to book my flights hts for US/Canada from Dubai. Not happy with fares on the regular online platforms fares, I took a chance on GoFlyFirst. My luck was good that day because, I got NEIL CRUZ as my agent. He was super quick to respond and even called me shortly after my request. The multiple options he sent were at a substantially lower cost than what I was getting. Not only was he quick, he has also amazing energy. The time difference between us was 11 hours and Neil was responding even at 3 am his time not to mention all through the day too. Thae man does not sleep until the job is done. He is obsessed with serving the customer right and that is a rare quality these days. He is a real asset to his organization and a great star agent. Five stars to him. I would have given 5 stars to the company as well but they get 4 because of their payment verification procedure which requires sensitive personal ID information to be sent by email. Made me uncomfortable. Thank you Neil. You are my man for travel arrangements from now on.

  I came across go fly first while searching for flights to US/Canada from Dubai. Not happy with costs on the direct online booking platforms, I took a chance with Go Fly First. My luck was good that day and I found Neil. He was simply amazing. He came up with solutions almost instantly at significantly lower costs. What’s even more impressive about him is that he was in a time zone with an 11 hour time difference and he responded to me at 3 am his time. I thought maybe night shift, but then he kept responding even at his 12 pm, 4pm, 6pm and even 11pm his time the next day. The man never sleeps until the job is done. He is a real asset to his organization and star agent committed to satisfying his clients. Thank you Neil. You are indeed my travel man from now on.

  Great Company British Airways canceled my flight 30 hours before I was ready to leave for London. I went online and found go fly first and filled out the form. 15 minutes later Percy Anderson from the company called and within 15 minutes of that he had me three quotes that were actually less money than my original ticket. After I got home he checked in to make sure everything went as I expected. I highly recommend then and will use them again.

  Wonderful to work with, and great prices! I was a little leery at first, but checked out the reviews and decided to go with Goflyfirst. We bought tickets to Rome for our family this coming June. Jane Lopez was prompt in getting back to me after I filled out the initial request to get a quote. The quoted rates were 25% off what I was seeing with my own searches. I checked again, just to make sure, looked at reviews for the service, and after speaking with Jane on the phone we decided to pull the plug. I like that Jane will be my personal agent, keeping tabs on flights, until the trip is over. I also liked that the site checked ME out--with a test charge to the card to make sure that I was legit as well. This speaks well for the business. I will update the review once the trip is completed.

  Neil Cruz is the best! Neil Cruz went above and beyond getting us the perfect flights from Los Angeles to London! I attempted to do it on my own, only to find business seats on a direct flight were going at a premium. I contacted Neil and within 24 hours he found us 4 tickets and the price was 40% less than what I was looking at - more money to spend in Europe! I am so thankful I reached out.   GoFly first really makes you feel FIRST! Jane Lopez really goes far and beyond for me. The fact that I am Deaf, she had the patience to text me because it’s my primary effective way to communicate without missing out important information. I love how Jane is always checking in on me & on the clock to make sure my travels are transitioning smoothly. I really feel safe when it comes to traveling internationally especially this was my first time traveling in EUROPE.   Amazing Staff! Efficiency at its best! Phone and in airport staff were extremely professional and efficient. They very quickly moved us onto an earlier flight due to our connection and some delays in service and we were in the air within 50 minutes of arriving at Goa. Whole team at Goa airport were incredible - thanks!

  Exceptional service by Jane Lopez ! My family is due for a get-together at Orlando in Feb 2020. Due to age and my knees I wanted to fly Dubai to Orlando, in utmost comfort.   Great Company British Airways canceled my flight 30 hours before I was ready to leave for London. I went online and found go fly first and filled out the form. 15 minutes later Percy Anderson from the company called and within 15 minutes of that he had me three quotes that were actually less money than my original ticket. After I got home he checked in to make sure everything went as I expected. I highly recommend then and will use them again.

  Go Fly First just saved me several thousand dollars. I fly First or Business exclusively and know what fares to expect regardless of the booking portal. So I never paid much attention to emails from Go Fly First. But this week I found myself needing to get quickly to a Eurasian city from my Eastern US home city. I needed specific dates and a specific airline because it was the only one offering non-stop service. The round trip Business Class airfare on the airline’s website for the flights I needed was almost $10,000. Non-airline booking portals were within a few dollars of that. I started to book it but suddenly remembered Go Fly First. Zoey responded to my email within 15 minutes with a firm quote of less than $5,000. I was stunned and we went back and forth as I questioned the legitimacy of the quote. Every time I had a question or suspiciously requested a clarification, Zoey immediately, professionally and politely answered via email or phone call within a few minutes, including replying to a query I fired off at 9PM Eastern time. Booking process, pricing, ticket restrictions, everything was transparent. The electronic ticket along with a confirmation number as well as seat assignments arrived within an hour after I supplied my credit card info. I quickly logged on to the airline website and there I was, name, tickets, seats, everything confirmed and ready to go! Full disclosure: Mine was not your typical JFK, EWR, IAD jaunt to LHR, CDG, AMS with planes flying back and forth like swarms of mosquitos. So I suspect my savings would be more modest on these common routes. And my tickets are highly restricted. No changes, no whining. Just get on the plane and go. But with thousands of free money in my pocket, who cares? Zoey is my new BFF. I will be calling her again soon.

  Herding cats on New Year’s Day . . . I was tasked with getting tickets from Boston to Paris and back—not only for my spouse and me, but also for the couple traveling with us. We were not easy clients with whom even a seasoned travel expert might deal: our dates were not flexible; although we were flying business class, the other couple traveling with wanted to fly economy; and I chose to do this on New Year’s day. Would anyone even be at Go Fly First working on this day? Fortunately for us, Percy Anderson was there to help me. He was lovely: patient, resourceful, and perhaps most of all, he listened carefully to understand what we wanted. Despite the three hour time difference, Percy stayed with me on this all afternoon and into the next morning. It was a bit like herding cats to get the 4 of us to agree on various decisions. Again, Percy patiently rolled with the punches (changes to our original plans). He was knowledgeable, quick with changes, and clear in his directions to me. He also took very good care of our friends who were flying economy. I had talked to another broker who said they only booked business or first. In sum, I would recommend Goflyfirst in a heartbeat, and I cannot recommend Percy Alexander strongly enough. He is a jewel.

  The process was very frustrating and drawn out with simple problems such as delaying tto enable us to transfer funds was very time consuming. It must have been frustrating for the company's agent as time and again hurdles were put away. Even something as simple as filling out a form was riddled with hurdles that took many attempts to resolve. By contrast I subsequently booked direct with the various other airlines concerned in my itinerary and everything went smoothly. For the remainder of my travels I shall go direct to the airlines themselves..

  I had never booked international air travel on my own and because it was a gift/celebration trip I wanted us to travel nicely. I got in contact with Marshall with GoFlyFirst who advised to book business class flights versus first class due to the costs and amenities available in each section. Marshall got us booked and took care of all the administrative back end work for us. Once we got close to the trip something happened with one of our passenger bookings and Marshall got it worked out very quickly so that nothing was affected. We flew business class on two legs to Italy and back. The experience was one our guest will never forget and we were grateful to have the help in learning how to book these types of flights. I was skeptical that this service was legit when I began talking to them but they proved me wrong and showed me first class service in taking care of our needs. If you are not sure about using them, know that they really make sure everything is right. I don't even know if Marshall was "on the clock" when he helped us but he seemed to be always available to answer any of my questions.

I quickly logged on to the airline website and there I was, name, tickets, seats, everything confirmed and ready to go! Full disclosure: Mine was not your typical JFK, EWR, IAD jaunt to LHR, CDG, AMS with planes flying back and forth like swarms of mosquitos. So I suspect my savings would be more modest on these common routes. And my tickets are highly restricted. No changes, no whining. Just get on the plane and go. But with thousands of free money in my pocket, who cares? Zoey is my new BFF. I will be calling her again soon.

  Mr Edward Walters has been the best travel agent I ever had the privilege to work with. He remained flexible throughout all the health ordeals of my elderly mother who's on palliative care in Germany, even when we had to change return flights last minute and add a number of different changes. He has been most Pleasant to work with and he has always made time for us. I would recommend go flight first as a company to any of my friends and family and especially Mr Edward Walters.

  I'm a busy CEO who refuses yo pay retail for FC.   I must say, I was very skeptical of Go Fly First when I initially looked into them. It seemed impossible that I could get almost 50% off of my Business Class travel without some kind of hitch. I couldn’t have been happier to be wrong! From my initial contact with Go Fly First online I was impressed. They responded quickly but not aggressively to my inquiry. Once we had established my flight needs, I was put in touch with Clint Davies who became my personal flight “concierge” (my words…). He put together several itineraries for me to go over, all of which more than met my specifications. Although I expected there to be restrictions, there were none other than what full price customers would have anticipated. I was able to choose my seats & was allowed the same amount of checked baggage as if I had booked directly with the airline. As the trip neared, he helped me with ongoing concerns & was available whenever I called. My trip was exceptional & after a month away from home it was so easy to just drop my bags, get expedited through security & go to the lounge as others drudged through the airport, soon to be packed into planes like sardines. So, if you are having any hesitations, just call Go Fly First & see what they can do for you. I did & I couldn’t be any happier. If you’re lucky you will get connected to Clint! Safe travels!!

  Concierge Clint Davies has been for many years our agent and has been an excellent service provider and communicator regardless of timezones. Clint and GFF have provided excellent service to my wife and I in Business Class ticketing to Paris and Madrid from Perth Australia over many years. Last year during the height of Covid19 we were urgently required in Madrid to assist in a family emergency, we were immediately ticketed by Clint despite severe flight restrictions and given excellent advice as to how to get through the maze of officialdom . Our duties in Madrid were completed in August 2021 but due to Australia's strict quarantine regulations we were constantly being bumped or had flights cancelled regardless of how frequently and how much effort Clint put into getting us back. Ultimately we were contacted and advised that on November 1st we would be able to depart Madrid for Australia ,Clint knowing our position reserved the seats and contacted us immediately for confirmation which we approved immediately.
