  I am highly disappointed with my experience with glow recipe. I heard so many good things about their brand. I ordered the Plum Hydration Heroes Kit - 2-Piece Kit and unfortunately i got the wrong order. I am deeply disappointed. As my card was charged. I tried emailing. Not sure if they will respond.

  i am in nyc. the product is coming from new jersey. it was ordered on 11/24. it has still not arrived. DHL, the worst delivery service, says it's coming. how you ask for a review totally unaware that the product still didn't arrive shows how out of touch you are with your own business. you also didn't have samples to offer so i could only get one.

  I was able to use the trial sizes of the Watermelon Glow Toner and the Watermelon Glow Dew Drops before purchasing the full sizes. Now that I have the full size, my skin texture is so much smoother. Not to mention, the shipping experience was quick!

  I ordered a gift for my wife's bday on December 2nd. I placed my order on November 25th with the website saying I'd have the gift in hand in 5-7 days. I didn't even get a tracking number until the 4th of December and the gift is finally getting here on December 7th. I had my wife's bday party and was the only person empty handed on a gift, it was pretty embarrassing. The company only offered a 15$ off my next order.

  I had a little problem tracking my package. It was charged to my credit card but didn't receive a tracking number for almost a week. I had trouble finding a way to talk to an person.   Oddly, I am being asked to review the items I purchased when I have yet to receive my order. My purchase was made on 11/26. The shipment wasn't initiated until 11/30. I would love to submit a review, but the only thing I can review is the poor customer service when it comes to getting orders to customers in a reasonable amount of time. The shipper is unable to provide a delivery date (or even an estimated delivery window). Disappointed!
