  I ordered Christmas presents back in November 25th and they have not shipped or arrived yet. It is now one week until Christmas. I contacted Customer Service and got no response. I have been shopping this company for years, but this will stop me from ordering in the future.

  I don't know the company well enough to give it five stars, but I was pleased with my experience the one time I purchased on of their products. Items arrived in a decent amount of time, in good condition, in quality cardboard packaging. I like the esthetic of this brand and their products. I do hope they keep a good balance between sophistication and playfulness so it continues to appeal to all ages.

  Not only are the products a 10, but so is customer service. When I reached out about an order delay they apologized, gave me store credit, and even mailed me a free kit without me asking! That's how you retain customers, showing them they matter through action and not just words.

  Glow Recipe has provided me with the right amount of products for my beauty routine. The serums and moisturizers are so light and I can actually feel them working.   I'm thrilled with these products. I'm nearing fifty, and I see visible results. Other people have noticed. I'm gradually replacing a full skincare regime by Clarins, which I've been using for years, and Glow Recipe works better and costs a little less. Also, it doesn't have that grandma makeup smell that Clarins has. I wish it was easier to get testers of any Glow Recipe product with my orders, I want to try the retinol and since I have sensitive skin it makes more sense to spot test with a tester than to buy a whole bottle and return it. But that's my only beef.

  LOVE the products, but shipping can be...erratic. Sometimes I've ordered and my order ships almost immediately; other times, my order isn't shipped for two weeks or more. Their Watermelon Glow moisturizer is the only one I've found that doesn't make me break out and I love the Watermelon Glow niacinamide serum, though, so I keep coming back despite the vagaries about when I'll actually receive my order. If I could consistently rely on getting my order within a decent amount of time after placing it, I would give them 5 stars across the board without hesitation. So all I can say is, I recommend their products but plan your re-orders ahead if you don't want to run out of anything!!

  I really like the watermelon mist when I first tried it. It's so refreshing and keeping my face moisturized. I am also excited to try the avocado face wash. It keeps out of stock every time I tried to but it. I like glowreceipe is all about fruits and natural products.

  This serum is simply incredible. The smell is very pleasant and unobtrusive. Very pleasant to apply on the skin. After this serum, the skin becomes very soft, elastic and beautiful. The consumption is very economical, a couple of peas are enough for the entire face and neck area. The bottle of the serum is very beautiful and glass, thanks to this the sun will shine and the cream will be just as useful. I really liked this serum and I will gladly recommend it to all my friends.

  First time buyer, I ordered 1 kit, this kit arrived and the products were not sealed and looked like they were used (bottles not full). I contacted the company 3 times to resolve this issue, however I was told they do not seal the bottles and to send pictures of the damage. how was I to send pictures when there was no seal to begin with to prove damage. Customer support keeps sending the same email to me asking for pics. I've asked for a refund and to no avail, dont get an answer. I hear the products were very good, however I'm very disappointed in the communication from customer service, and dont know that I would purchase again

  I had such a happy purchase with my glow recipe bronzing drops. It was the only drop that wasn't opaque, it had more of a gel look and feel, and it literally melted into my skin and gives me a deeper glow and some warmth. I was totally on the fence of buying this and I'm so happy that I did and now I have even re-purchased the bronzing drops. I have my routine in the morning but I did make room for the new drops, I can't get over the glow that they give me. I just wish more came in the bottle. For real though, the drops are fabulous and they feel amazing to put onto your face. It's not sticky, nor does it streak like other brands. Also, you'll never have to worry about getting splotchy Ness because the glow recipe just glides right into the skin.

  I absolutely LOVE all the products I have tried so far. My favorite is the dew drops or the plump serum. My skin looks better than it has in years. I've always struggled finding products that wouldn't make my skin oily but also hydrating enough for my drier, flakier skin on my nose. These products have been perfect. I will definitely be trying more & telling all my friends!

  I love everything from Glow Recipe. I had few snaffus doing my first order but their customer service staff was amazing and helped me get through it. Now, let's talk about the products. I ditched all of my high end brand skin routine products since all of my Glow Recipe haul is much much better. From the cleanser to the serums (due and hue) to the moisturizers. I love that they are very environmentally conscious and their formulation standards are the best in the business. This is my new obsession.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE!! I would like to start my saying The products are amazing, truly I love every single one I've tried and my skin is so much happier and healthier than it's ever been! Highly recommend! What I don't recommend is ever wasting your time ordering from the website. It's broken. You will waste hours of your time trying to figure out why your order was cancelled, you will call your cards, your bank, email the company and never get a straight answer! That's because the ordering process is broken. If they are out of a single item, rather than tell you it will just let you place the order and then void it! You will get an automated email stating your payment was the issue.. It wasn't. And they will never actually help you, no matter how many emails you send, no matter how pleasant you are, no matter who you talk to. They are great at skincare, they are horrible at customer service. Just buy from Sephora, Ulta or even Amazon and save yourself the Stress.
