  I love this product to refresh my moisturizer during the day and before bed. It has a far better effect for me than spraying a hydrating mist. I just add a bit to my skin throughout the day and it feels more moisturized and plumped without feeling like the product is piling up. It's also lovely on my décolletage.

  I was introduced to Glow Recipe by James Welsh, and have grown from just using 1-2 products (Watermelon Toner & Moisturizer) to now also using serums (avocado and pomegranate) and the Plum Pump moisturizer for nights and winter. And of course, the blueberry bounce for washing my face, using the papaya cleansing balm when I've been wearing makeup. Great formulas, and adorable packaging that look cute living on my counter. LOVE GLOW RECIPE!

  Terrible customer service. Sent email for error on shipping and did not receive a reply until after the tracking info was sent two days later and follow up email to the first. Then was told that the team tired that day to stop the shipment even thought the tracking info was received the day before. USPS still has not received the item at this point. Will not be ordering from their website again.

  The company is great. One product wasn't what I expected and returning it was easy. The rest of the products have been good.   The products I've tried really have had a positive impact on my skin. I use the Watermelon Glow Pore Tight, Watermelon Glow Dew Drops, Guava Vitamin C Dark Spot brightening cream. The prices are on the high side and that is why I only have 4 stars. Also delivery took a longer than expected time. By comparison I placed an order at another beauty store the day after I placed my order at Glow Recipe, and the other order arrived 3 days before this order.

  Shipping this time was SUPER fast! I love the Strawberry Salicylic Acid product, it really eliminates blemishes fairly quickly. This time I am trying the blueberry cleanser. I really like how Glow Recipe has travel size/mini's because it gives me the opportunity to try it without having to waste money on larger bottles only for a new product to not work.

  my daughter highly recommends but I'm not impressed yet. This survey is way too early; I haven't received the products yet. I tried to sign up for the birthday thing (club glow?) but still haven't received the verification email after 10 attempts. With the experience so far, I'm not sure how great GR is. I'm hoping the product will be better than the customer journey/experience. I was about to click next then I relaxed that feedback is automatically published with name unless the box is checked. Why???

  I love the watermelons toner!! And the sample of the dew drips were really good and I hope I can buy it soon! But my sample of the avocado cleanser kind of stung my face. Overall products were still great!
