  Happy with the delivery time Nor so happy with 23 of the golf balls having a stamp on them.Maybe that’s my fault for not truly understanding how to order them.I thought my choice of balls would have no marks on them but apparently I was wrong. Everything else was great.

  Price is too high for used balls. When shipping and handling were added, I paid just shy of $38.00 for a dozen used Vice golf balls. I bought them due to the free inscription, but of course won't be buying any more.

  I was told as a first time buyer I would receive a 10% discount and free shipping at the end of check out. I received neither and sent customer service an email requesting the situation be corrected.   I have purchased from Found Golf Balls numerous times. I have always purchased the grade 4. I have been happy overall with their selections. I did find some balls that looked good, but did not perform as normal. I purchased the 5A balls, they look great and I am looking forward to playing with them shortly.

  Sometimes a company may make a mistake and that's when you know if the company you're dealing with is a place to do business with. I had a small issue with the imprinting of my balls and Shaun immediately sent me out the correct balls and gave me a return postage for the others to be returned.. These balls were exactly what I had hoped for and I just ordered another 5 dozen for my wife and myself. The pristine balls are just like new...I'm going to try ordering one dozen 5A mint just to see the difference. They can take a week or so before you get them so order before you run out....

  I've used FGB.com for 5+ years. Never disappointed. Great value. Great service. I tried a number of of different brands early on and all were exactly as advertised. I have settled on a particular golf ball my last 4 orders and they are consistently exactly as described. You cannot ask for anything more. 30-40% less expensive than new. The 5A mint balls look and play new.

  Found Golf balls is a solid site. I received most of my order without issue and as expected. I was missing one dozen golf balls. I contacted the company and they would not send the balls, but instead issued a refund. If I wanted to order the balls again, I would have to pay for shipping or increase my order size to meet the free shipping requirement. instead, I just will not try those golf balls.

  I ordered the Bridgestone Tour X instead of the tour RX. I contacted customer service, it was such a pleasure to deal with customer service department. There was no issue returning the tour X balls. The tour RX balls were sent out promptly. I will purchase from found golf balls again!!
