  Placed order on March 1 and got an immediate response that my order would ship shortly. After two weeks I followed up on my order asking for an update on when to expect delivery. I received no response. Followed up again earlier this week asking same question and still no response. I guess my next note will be to the credit card company disputing this order which I really was trying to avoid. I will say that this is the second time i have ordered from this company and the first time there were no issues as balls arrived timely and they were good quality.

  The 5A golf balls I ordered were all 10 plus years old and none of them were any decent brands such as Titleist or Callaway. After working with customer service I could return the balls but would have to pay the return shipping. I am displeased with the way the balls were advertised and what I received and the customer service rep did not seem to care. I will not do business with them again.

  Didn't bother calling them, because there reviews on both they web page and in google searches were all 4 to 5 stars. The web site is easy to use and if you read the reviews on there site you'll see that golfers wear rating all different levels of golf balls. These reviews answered all my questions. Because of price of 5A grade golf balls I went with them & the Free Shipping.

I ordered 60 class AAAA Srixon golf balls and maybe 35% are worth using , 30% are range balls , these actually have the lines on them you see on the balls at a driving range . The rest are just not worth using , maybe someone grabbed from the wrong stack and these are AAA .   The golf balls were definitely not in "mint" condition. Over half of them were so worn out that the numbers were no longer visible. I threw out half of them to the driving range and this was my second order from this company but I will no longer order from there again. Very Poor quality these are practice ball quality at best. Disappointing since they were not cheap.

  Placing my order was very easy, finding the balls I wanted also easy! I actually work at a golf course and collect 5 to 8 thousand balls a year, but I don*t fine many Nike PD Longs which I ordered.   Perfect! Got my 1 dozen Titleist AVX golf balls in time for the next round. Even though they were listed as being 4A quality, they appeared to be 5 or 5A.... they were unmarked unscathed, looked and played like brand new balls. Second time here and will be back in the future.
