  Price was different from website to the checkout. Website price with free personalization was $15.99 and at checkout I was charged $16.99 for the item. There was no way to call and ask and a $1,00 a dozen was not a big deal but was somewhat taken back by the promise of free personalization. Arrival of the product was timely and they look great

  Balls appeared (visually) like new and performed as such. Comparable to 'used' golf balls I purchased elsewhere in the past. With the '5-dozen' special pricing, free shipping for 5-Mint, the balls were about $1.20. Why spend quadruple that if you are like most golfer? Spend the savings on LESSONS!

  Great looking balls my logo was perfect on there. I noticed after playing a few rounds that the image will start to chip away but I expected that. Good price point good quality good service. I also like the personalized note.

  Thought I was ordering 5 dozen balls but only got 1 dozen with 5A rating. Several are discolored - sort of yellowish tinge - obviously pretty old. For the price I paid I could have bought brand new balls. Called about a refund and they said to send them back and they would refund - however the lowest shipping rate I could find was $12 .

  The balls were clean and in good shape. However, the custom mix only had a few Titleist NXT balls which, in my opinion, are better quality other than ProV1. So bottom line, I feel I paid too much for my purchase. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
