  Dear Stephen, The 5a quality is not our highest quality. The highest quality is called "Pristine" The pristine look like brand new golf balls out of the box, logo free and sharpie free. 5a mint balls will always have a logo or a sharpie and is why they did not make the pristine level. Keep in mind at the pristine quality you can get a free customization on the balls as well.

  I bought 5 dozen pristine rated balls and put my initials on them with an alignment stripe. Of the 60 balls 2 were what I would consider slightly off color. I wouldn't have ever noticed with out a side by side inspection. Very pleased and a great value.

  I ordered several dozen 4A balls of various brands. All the balls were colored. The balls seemed to be in decent shape with exception of the colors. At least half the balls were either extremely faded, or the the color had peeled off in various places on the balls. You could actually feel the peeling off the colors. I wouldn’t consider these 4A balls.

  This company is by far the best company I’ve ever ordered used balls from. The balls I get are always in excellent condition. The personal images they print are high quality.   Great quality. Was truly surprised. Some the balls have a bit of rough texture beyond a normal ball but the value is great. My next time I'll just go with the pristen condition ones and not the refinished. Overall I'll definitely order again.

  The price was right and the shipping was reasonable, but there were a lot of range balls in the order requiring me to contact them for an adjustment. The adjustment was made, but the communication from the company was very slow and there should not have been range balls in the order to start with. I would give the full set of 132 golf balls ordered a 6 out of 10 rating.
