  After charging my card, I received an email that my order was out of stock and wanted to replace my order with another color range ball, which would not look appropriate at our club. I could not get in touch with anyone, although I left multiple emails and phone message. 2 weeks later, I received email that I was being refunded, along with explanation that an attempt had been made to upgrade but it was for another color. I have read enough reviews here to know that's how their poor customer service is explained away "We offered an upgrade" "We couldn't reach that phone number." I've ordered other items and have had no issues but we're in dire need for range balls, I ordered what we needed, only to be disregarded for weeks. I'll not use this company again.

  I ordered 8 dozen 4A Callaway Supersoft. I was expecting about half to 3/4 be playable and would have been OK with that for the price i paid. All 8 dozen were in great condition... no scuffs and no cuts on any of them. I did receive a couple dozen glossy when I ordered matte, but honestly who cares. They're all going to end up in the water or forest anyway. Extremely satisfied with my order and am sending my fellow golfers to your site.

  Horrendous customer service. I emailed them the day after I made my order because I realized there was a mistake in the address. A couple of days go by with no reply. I email again and find their phone number on the web site. I call it 5 times a day for a week with no answer. Finally I do some deep googling to find a different phone number. I call and leave a voicemail. They return my call and tell me my order should have gone out 10 days prior but a hold had been placed on it. Guess why? Problem with the address. And yet they made no effort to contact me to resolve it and I had to spend 10 days trying to reach them otherwise I still wouldn’t have my order. Shipping (once they went out) was good. Product is good. But I’m unlikely to order from again due to knowing that if there is a problem with the order their customer service is going to be terrible.

  You guys need to get your stuff together. On the web-based version of your web site you are right, you have the correct number. On the mobile version of the web site you have: 844-803-4283 which I called DOZENS of times. In addition, I sent you MULTIPLE emails to your customer service email address without a reply over the course of 10 days. If you aren't going to use your customer service email address you should probably just remove it from the site. I have no idea how you guys the wrong number for me, if that is the case then that is my fault. But not being able to find your correct phone number on your own web site if I use my phone and not getting any emails back when I attempt to email you is a clear breakdown on your part. I don't appreciate the passive aggressive nature of "we apologize for any miss communication on the address you imputed into our system." Next time you are going to be passive aggressive make sure that you are in the right.   DAYS after placing order, foundgolfballs notified my that they were out of stock of that particular ball-strike one. Then they wanted to substitute a lesser quality ball for my order at same price-strike two. I questioned their business ethics in an email and never heard back from them-strike three. I will never do business with them in the future. Placed an order with golfballsdirect and received my order in less time than it took for foundgolfballs to even notify me that the balls I had ordered were out of stock.

  I noticed that it appears that you deleted my review. My review was an honest review of the transaction. I have the emails to prove it. I responded twice to your email that said you were out of stock of the Q Star Tour. I never received any answer from you. So, here is your chance to explain why you were not only somewhat slow in telling me you were out of stock when your website said otherwise(that I can accept), but to try to send me an inferior ball in place of my original order is unacceptable. Also, your non-response is very poor business. If you don't respond to this, I will find other means to post a review of your business ethics.

  I've ordered several times, several items from foundgolfballs.com and have been very happy with the quality of the items and the customer service. I ordered 5A Mint Taylor Made TP5 balls and thought they looked brand new. There were a couple very minor marks on a couple of the balls, which was the only thing that told me they weren't new. I just ordered some Callaway Chrome Soft X Truvis Green. They got here this week and look absolutely perfect. Haven't had a chance to get out to the course yet but I have no doubt they will play well.

  The balls that I ordered were not as “crisp/clean” as I expected, though equal to the same balled that I have used for a couple of rounds. Only one (1) of the dozen ordered was NOT the ball specified… but still, a little disappointing as PRO-V1 Pinks are no longer available & I ♥️ That ball. They were shipped quickly & arrival exceeded my expectations!
