  Incorrect item sent…..this is for a previous order. The Vice Pros I just ordered look great. Prwviouy I ordered Srixon Z Stars…..soft feels are what they sent…..didn’t discover it till the Vice’ arrived yesterday. Check your order on arrival so same doesn’t happen to you. First issue I’ve had with these guys and I blame myself for not unpacking them right when they arrived but correct product should have been sent in the first place

  I haven’t purchase refinished balls before. My bad!! I have use three of them and they look terrible after one round of golf. Can’t even get two rounds out of them. The finish doesn’t hold up. I’m a low handicap and the damage to the balls are from the clubface, not trees or cart paths.

  My experience pre-order was great. The delivery was made on time and appears to be accurate. My complaint is that upon receipt of my order I had/have a question about the balls that I bought and to this day have NOT received any call back or response! This is terrible. Way to ruin an otherwise positive experience. Please call me back!!

  I am an average golfer I think. 3x a week with friends and about a 14 handicap. I am 62 but my drivers license shows me as 78. I own a golf cart and have older, fitted clubs. I am an Indian over the arrow believer as to cause and effect. Hence I can't justify paying $5 per ball when I can and do play an almost identical ball costing me only $2.50 or less. Thanks to the quality and price I of my favorite ball that I can get here. My collage education overcomes my ego.

  Out of the five dozen mixed balls, I had to throw away about six balls given that they bounced like a rock. Another six had unrecognizable names. The remaining four dozen were brands like Nitro, Precept, etc. and were very acceptable. In short, I ordered 5 dozen balls and could use about 80% of them.

  I bought Bridgestone BRX balls that are in “pristine” condition. I was playing them in a tournament. On the first hole I hit what I thought was a good drive. When going to drive it was much shorter than I usually hit. While driving off after the hole I noticed that one side of the ball is completely smooth making it unusable. Also bought Pro V1x and have had the cover cut all the way through in a way that I’ve never seen. I’m now very concerned about the sourcing of these balls. They do look good and as expected. This is my second order of both and did not have any problems with the first.

  The wrong balls were sent them first time. I cont@cted customer service. They immediately answered. A second order of the right balls was delivered this week. Along with the message that I should keep the first order and donate them to a worthy cause. I was impressed with their solution. I will certainly use this company again.
