  I expected the balls I ordered to be of a used variety. Even though they were listed as "Pristine", I did not expect them to be as fine as they were. I have purchased 4A or 5A rated used balls in the past, from other resellers and they were NEVER as EXCELLENT as these balls were. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!!

  Ordered the Callaway supersoft yellow 5A pristine golf balls. After several days I got an email letting me know they didn’t have those balls and asking me if I would accept a Bridgestone ball with an equivalent 5A Pristine rating. I appreciated receiving that email, and did receive the Bridgestone balls, although I thought shipping time was a little slow.. Nevertheless, I have ordered a couple of times and my only disappointment is that there are usually several balls in the batch that are indeed marked or stamped with a corporate logo. All in all, I am pleased with the order but receiving a few balls that are marked takes the rating from 5 stars to 4.

  The price for the 5 dozen golf balls I purchased was great. The condition of the balls was, as advertised, like new. The only surprise that I received was that the balls arrived in a big orange netting bag. I expected, incorrectly, that they would arrive in sleeves. That is my only issue with this order and company.

  You did deliver in a reasonable time. But the cover of the Bridgestone e12 is one of the worst I have ever played. I have had to “retire” balls in my first round because they have significant flaws.I will never buy this ball again. I think you should consider not selling it.

  I received the order late yesterday, 8 days after it was said to be "out for delivery". The label on the bag you placed the balls in was obliterated. The bag was placed in a small box and relabeled for delivery.

  Am very satisfied with my first purchase. Purchased 5 dozen Pristine Kirklands and they do look like new balls. I did have some difficulty trying to personalize them when ordering. Don’t know why but every time I placed the name on the ball, it would not show when I proceeded to the next step. Probably my fault, but I had ordered personalized balls on line previously from other web site. That being said, I am not disappointed with my purchase.
