  I purchase 4 different make and model of balls. 3 that were rated near mint and 1 rated mint. Out of the 3 rated near mint 1 was noticeably lesser quality. When I emailed them they said that they would accept the return but I would have to pay for shipping and then I can place an order for a higher rated quality ball and pay for shipping on the new order. They say they stand behind the quality of the ball but I'm not seeing it.

  I’ve been getting balls fromFound for a few years now and my last order was the worst. Out of five dozen 5star balls 6 were either marked noticeably or looked worn out. Half of the order was not the current generation with most two years old generation. It’s still hard to beat their prices and if your not single digit you may not notice or care. I think they do a good job overall and maybe I just picky.

  This is the first tine I have bought TaylorMade Mix 5A Pristine. Golf balls look great. The variety of different models is OK. However I was hoping for 3 or 4 balls of the top tear models . Still a good value for the money.

  Price was different from website to the checkout. Website price with free personalization was $15.99 and at checkout I was charged $16.99 for the item. There was no way to call and ask and a $1,00 a dozen was not a big deal but was somewhat taken back by the promise of free personalization. Arrival of the product was timely and they look great

  Balls appeared (visually) like new and performed as such. Comparable to 'used' golf balls I purchased elsewhere in the past. With the '5-dozen' special pricing, free shipping for 5-Mint, the balls were about $1.20. Why spend quadruple that if you are like most golfer? Spend the savings on LESSONS!

  Thought I was ordering 5 dozen balls but only got 1 dozen with 5A rating. Several are discolored - sort of yellowish tinge - obviously pretty old. For the price I paid I could have bought brand new balls. Called about a refund and they said to send them back and they would refund - however the lowest shipping rate I could find was $12+.

  I was jealous when my golf buddy told me of the great deal he got on his used golf balls so I bought 3 dozen myself. They arrived fast and were in better shape than I could have wished. I'll certainly be back. (but with 3 dozen, hopefully not super soon)
